Should be able to release the locking tabs by poking a screwdriver in the socket slots and pressing the tabs with it. Front shown here but should be similar....

Probably be a lot easier if you could just tap into the wires in situ rather than disturbing the plugs/sockets.

I think to relase the rear sockets once the plugs are out you probably do it from the front with a small screwdriver to release the cut-outs in the sockets from snap catches in the black cage housing. Like this.... There will be locking tags like these in the cage.....

I think firstly you'd have to remove the plug(s) from the front of that B-pillar connector station at the bellows as they will be locked into those rear bits and won't let them come out. Then there must be some kind of clips to get the rear sockets out. Front of B-pillar connector station...

But AnnoyingPentium is on about glare from the blue main beam light on the dash, not the headlights.

The only free things I found when I bought my Fabia was a melted sweet in the glovebox and a used dental floss thingy down the centre console

Ah, nice one, I'm sure the Philips ones are just as good Yeah, the orange coating on the indicator bulbs does tend to flake off after a while. I had to replace mine for the same reason.
