0,25 In and 0,20 Out is for my Felicia.- Felicia driver's seat upgrade?
D.FYLAKTOS replied to BobTheEvilPenguin's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanI haven't abandon this thought, many times i grab the chance to find bucket seat chairs like these https://media.partwerx.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/27141738/buerostuhl_racecar_sw_gr_fk_fkrse2481.jpg https://5.imimg.com/data5/SELLER/Default/2021/10/WX/HH/ZH/7276863/ufitblack-red01-1-500x500.jpg or this trying to see if i fit with every day clothes but there are some ''issues''. The 1st (and the most crucial) is that there is a huge distance between the back of my head and the head rest of the seat which means in every day use if someone hit me from behind i will brake my neck from the bounching (front-back movement). Yes there are some ''pillows'' in the market for this reason (as in the above picture) but that's not reinsurand me and they are ugly looking. in some of them i don't fit very good, the sides are tight and some of them have short lower part (seat bearing) which means there is gap between the back of my knee and the end of the seat. This gap causes fatigue while driving for long time, as we say here in GR ''your lengs are hanging''. For now i have found those 3 ''issues'' that makes the dream of bucket seat installing to moves away a bit ...- Skoda Felicia # Won't Start
Neither the majority of every day drivers, that's for a mechanic. He also use a gauge tester like this https://www.apexinds.com/mm5/graphics/00000001/atcltu32-20_640x640.jpg to check if you have fuel pressure and your injections status. Engine start spray.- Skoda Felicia # Won't Start
Run a scan tool or just made an ECU reset, tampering with this may cause an error and the memory will "hold it" and the car will turn off suddenly. It happened to me in the past while i was on the road.- Skoda Felicia # Won't Start

There is no country with that name, do you mean Vardarska Banovina? Here is the post stamp https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fexternal-preview.redd.it%2FUvKE__U4WUybZow2Cno-ijGZU1Yy6wsGQt0p7kDYcqY.jpg%3Fwidth%3D1080%26crop%3Dsmart%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3D7f1bd0606163853afaec1f77eeb06997f01eb379 https://storage.googleapis.com/hipstamp/p/6b5793956ce1c786b29410d07e1b23ff-800.jpg That was the name till 1945 and with this name was printed in the WWII maps.- Temperature Gauge reading 20 Degrees C low
Yes it has. I bought it with blue, i have tested in the past 2 sensors with yellow ring and both times i had major problems. I removed them, replace with blue and everything OK. Don't buy cheap sensor as VIKA or "no name", buy a brand one, "well know name" in the market.- Temperature Gauge reading 20 Degrees C low
Mine was going up very fast in the first kilometers and the radiator fan was not working. This droved me crazy, one mechanic said that it's the VDO gauge problem and i had to replace it but this was a HUGE task for me plus the expenses. I have found the cause by my self, the base of the coolant sensor (mine has Blue ring) was dirty (here is an example) and this cause alteration of the signal, i clean it thoroughly and everything went back to normal.- felicia facia panel removal
D.FYLAKTOS replied to jonnycilia's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanThis screw cause me the biggest problem, from all the screws of the dashboard i could reach it no matter how hard i tried and in many ways. I had no space, i tried normal, short even long screwdriver, Z type screwdriver, ratchet...the result was negative so i abandon any further action. As for the conditions when you have to work on the side of the road take an example, i had to work on Saturday because the car must be ready in Sunday (i had to go to a wedding) the rain started but i had to work, i was moving from the cabin to the hood and back in the trunk etc. I was full of sweat with a t-shirt wet from rain, i got cut 3-4 times in my hands, i was tired but i insisted and i managed to fix everything as i wanted. That's for @Thefeliciahacker which finds tasks like this easy and common.- Replacing Felicia Speedometer Cable
I done a 43 Km city test today, in the first meters the needle was not moving !!! My blood frozen and my heart stopped beating, i said ''NO WAY'' thinking the effort and time to remove (again) the dashboard trying to solve the issue but thankfully everything turn back to normal after few seconds. Maybe that square end of the wire wasn't 100% positioned inside but after few turns made the proper ''click''. Everything Ok now, no ''tzzzz'' sounds so far (although i had to make a test in the Highway) and let's hope that molybdenum grease will last long.- felicia facia panel removal

D.FYLAKTOS replied to jonnycilia's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda Forman- Replacing Felicia Speedometer Cable
I unscrew it, remove gently the speedometer cable and i push it back. This helped me to work more comfortable in the gauge cluster installing because my hand couldn't fit enough to push-in the white plug without damaging the harness. If you don't pay attention the white plug goes back and leaves the wire a bit exposed and while turning makes a ''tzzzz" noise which i hate. I didn't put too much grease in purpose, i pray that the square end of the wire fitted properly inside otherwise it would turn like crazy and i will not have any indications on the speedometer. Road test in few days.- Replacing Felicia Speedometer Cable
I removed the wire and clean it thoroughly I clean the socket of the cluster plus the white plug of the plastic hose to be more ''tight'' and i used molybdenum grease on the wire. The head of that hexagon screw is for 9mm socket, i bet was for 10mm but i was wrong.- felicia facia panel removal
D.FYLAKTOS replied to jonnycilia's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanI grabed the chance to make some tiny repairs, from in-out all these years some plastic sockets were broken. so i manage to glue a washer to make things more ''tight''. Not a ''great job'' but for sure is far better now than before.- felicia facia panel removal
D.FYLAKTOS replied to jonnycilia's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanFriendly advice for anyone who will remove the dashboard for first time. Take pictures and notes from the plugs and the colour of the cables otherwise you will have major problem in re-installing process. The far right plugs are for a/c and air recycle (for those who have the latest model).- Replacing Felicia Speedometer Cable
I am searching ways to lubricate that wire, i read about grease but which one? Common, Lithium, Molybdenum, Graphite? Spray as Silicone or WD-40? This guy used Vaseline. - Fuel gauge problem please help..
