It's weird because according to parts catalogue your car is equipped with BT module 5N0035730D. Look under passenger's seat.

I'm afraid you are not able to have it completed by yourself - it requires unit to be open and soldered, then connected to VM running QNX and then finally all three partitions must be formatted or non-corrupted image must be pushed to the unit. I can manage it but the unit must be delivered to my workshop in Poland...

I suspect EMMC is corrupted. To have it confirmed pls change th elanguage to any other than English and then restart the unit - if after restart language is English then it means EMMC is corrupted. Unfortunately in such state software update will not work - unit must be open end EMMC must be formatted manually.
