I don't know such link... if you are familiar with soldering you should have no issues with disassembling, re=soldering and re-assembling the unit.

Hardware errors are typical for touch issues in MIB STD2 PQ units. Pls write me PM and I will check in th evening if I have older firmware - just keep in mind it's definitely not recommended to downgrade firmware. Moreover, it can be done via Manual SWDL only which requires developer mode to be activated first.

Connect a diagnostic tool (VCDS, VCP< OBD Eleven, ODIS) and scan the car for error. It might also be a known software issue with KESSY controller, I had the same, firmware upgrade solved it.

Typical behavior of unit with full NAND - try reflash firmware, if doesn't help then NAND must be cleared either with sepcial software or desoldered and cleaned with the programmer. After clearing reflash with new firmware is required. Adding DAB into the unit is not possible, yo either need new unit with DAB or external DAB receiver.
