@Grain get someone with Vag Can Pro or ODIS and upgrade your KESSY. If you don't find anyone locally make it with SKODA dealer. I bet all your issues will be solved (assuming Clumbus unit is 100% electrically OK).

A lot of aftermarket units have any issue with OEM sound systems. You must either get the unit that is guranteed to work with OEM sound system or return to OEM system - either Columbus RNS510 or Bolero / Amundsen MIB STD2 PQ unit.

Let me know model number and SW version of your KESSY module (address 05) - there were some issues that were solved by SW upgrade. I originally had 5K0 959 434 A with SW 0802 and had similar issues. I have solved them by upgrading SW to 0902 which caused model number to be changed to 5K0 959 434 B.

@kellow87 your car is Fabia MY15 and your infotainment unit is Bolero 5Q0035820. To get Android Auto you must have it repalced either with Bolero (no OEM navigation) 5Q0035842x / 565035842 or Amundsen 5Q0035874x / 565035874 (x - letter A, B, C). new unit must be patched to enable new features. I can have such unit delivered - if you ar einterested pls contact me on PM.

Typically this is the problem of START/STOP button itself. It can be dismantled and simply cleaned with alcohol.
