  1. Ask the Skoda/VAG bean counters that removed it, and every year remove something else, such as only one umbrella supplied now, red lights in bottom of doors replaced with reflectors, carpet from glove box, etc etc.
  2. Your trousers are too tight and you’ve operated the lock button on the remote Other than that I would check the wiring in the door bellows from A pillar to door for damage.
  3. Apparently basic digital dash now standard instead of analog dash. See post 13 in this thread.
  4. Yeah, that’s it. Previous Kodiaq had dedicated button, but new Sportline message comes up end call , pressing button B ends call. Note.. For those old enough to remember, pressing button B does not return coins if nobody answers.
  5. My previous SEL and current Sportline certainly has, just can’t quite remember which button it is as is instinctive to use, and I’m not in the car at the moment.
  6. In addition to the number showing how many updates are available, if you drag down the bar at top centre of screen, a menu will show notifications of updates available.
  7. I used to get the nagging eco tip to turn stop/ start on in my Kodiaq, and never even crossed my mind to look for a setting to turn it off till I read this. Thanks, nagging eco tip now gone,
  8. Did you opt for personalise / 3rd key option?
  9. Electric drivers seat is still standard on Sportline. £480 option to add electric passenger seat.
  10. Yes heated front seats are standard on Sportline.
  11. If it is the biggest survey of car owners I get where @roottoot is coming from, you would think lots of owners on here would be saying that they voted, but not one has came forward, so it does make you think, who has voted.
  12. Have you had the car more than a year. If so did you renew your Connect subscription?
  13. You wouldn’t need to have any worries with “leather “ seats in a Skoda as no animals are harmed in the making of the “leather”
  14. Could you not fit seat covers?
  15. On the later KESSY fobs the key part is also used to open up the fob to change the battery, instead of the previous method of butchering it with screwdrivers.
  16. Autohold applies all 4 brakes, same as using foot brake. Can’t say I’ve seen many posts on here implying that this causes any widespread problems though. I agree not using the brakes or using lightly maybe exacerbates the problem.
  17. From the brochure… Also has note at bottom stating that if tow-bar not factory fit, or factory tow bar prep option not chosen VIN plate could show zero towing capacity and will not be legal to tow, or have aftermarket tow bar fitted.
  18. From owners manual… Select S mode deactivate ASR keep brake pedal depressed fully press accelerator release brake pedal
  19. You can set up area notifications in Skoda Connect that will notify you if your car goes out with this area, sounds like this is what you have done.
  20. Kenny R replied to Brenk's topic in Skoda Karoq
There is an issue with the engine cover and they need to be removed. You should get a revised cover when they become available.
  21. If you downloaded 21.11 on to a usb stick, it’s very wishful thinking that it will miraculously update your unit to 22.7
  22. The ignition stays on when stop/ start cuts the engine, can’t see why it would cause any problems with dashcam.
