4x4 estate rear suspension sagged
First, find out the OEM part number of your standard rear springs. Maybe take a photo of your white build code label that's under the carpet by the spare wheel well. However, these are just some of the build codes that your car left the factory with, so may not include the build codes for the springs. What coloured dots are on the rear springs? What wire diameter are the rear springs? For example, this might be 12.5mm. Both sides should be the same. By reference to a chart, this will tell you the spring's OEM part number. Does your 2005 Octavia MK2 4x4 have standard or increased ride height? You might also want to check the coloured dots on the front springs. What engine does it have, and does it have a manual or automatic gearbox? Or maybe go on erWIN and get a printout of all your car's build codes. This is actually the easiest method to finding out what was fitted to your car when it left the factory. erWIN costs about 7 Euros for one hour's access, which is usually enough to printout the car's build codes. Standard ride height rear springs for Octavia MK2 4x4 https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/octavia/oct/2005-419/5/511-511002/ Increased ride height rear springs for Octavia MK2 4x4 (1) 1K0 511 115 CR coil spring 1 paint mark 2 paint marks red green 2 PR-1JB+0YJ (1) 1K0 511 115 CS coil spring 1 paint mark 3 paint marks red green 2 PR-1JB+0YK (1) 1K0 511 115 CT coil spring 1 paint mark 1 paint mark rear red brown 2 PR-1JB+0YL https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/octavia/oct/2005-419/5/511-511012/ As you can see from the chart above, if your rear springs have 1 red dot and 2 green dots, you have 1K0511115CR. If this is the case, then a change to 1K0511115CS or 1K0511115CT will solve the sagging rear end problem. 1K0511115CR https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/1k0511115cr?search=OEN+1K0511115CR&supplier[0]=112&supplier[1]=246&supplier[2]=253 1K0511115CS https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/1k0511115cs?search=OEN+1K0511115CS&supplier[0]=112&supplier[1]=253&supplier[2]=246 1K0511115CT https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/1k0511115ct?search=OEN+1K0511115CT&supplier[0]=253&supplier[1]=246&supplier[2]=112

I wouldn't. Just keep an eye on the front tyres to make sure they are wearing evenly, and make sure the steering feels ok...like you would anyway.

Skoda superb 3T estate - alloy options
If the Superb MK2 had come with 175/80R14, 195/65R15, 205/55R16 tyre options like the Golf MK4 used to, then the 195/65R15 might have been considered a good compromise. Fortunately, the some of the lower powered 105HP diesels come with 288mm front brake discs...which means that 15" rims will fit. As standard, the Superb MK2 was never supplied with rims less than 16".

Will a full size 19” fit in well of an estate?
A 235/40R19 tyre fitted to an 8J rim is about 235mm wide when inflated. 8" equals 203.2mm. However, an 8J rim is 8" where the tyre beads sit, not the outside measurement. So maybe add 6mm each side to account for the thickness of the rim, and that gives you an uninflated tyre width of about 215mm. A 215/60R16 tyre fitted to a 6.5J rim when inflated has an actual width of about 221mm, ie. 6mm more than the nominal tyre width. A 215/55R17 tyre fitted to a 7J rim when inflated has an actual width of about 226mm, ie. 11mm more than the nominal tyre width. Someone did mention that an inflated 215/60R16 tyre fitted to a 6.5J rim when inflated does raise the floor slightly, maybe by several millimetres. Therefore an uninflated 235/40R19 tyre should fit, but not an inflated tyre. Maybe store a 235/40R19 uninflated and carry an electric pump for when you need to use it.

REAR SHOCKS 2012 (Mk2) Superb Estate 2l tdi 170hp
You probably need rear shock absorbers that are sold to replace OEM part number 3C0513049CP Most of the shock absorbers in your list, aren't sold to replace OEM part number 3C0513049CP Here's a list on autodoc that are sold to replace OEM part number 3C0513049CP https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/3c0513049cp?search=OEN+3C0513049CP However, many of the brands have a one size fits all approach so might not be that close to the original 3C0513049CP rear shock absorbers. Spare wheel set for 2018 Superb sportline
Spare wheel replacement kit Designed for: SUPERB III. https://eshop.skoda-auto.cz/cs_CZ/sada-pro-vymenu-rezervniho-kola/p/3V0093860B 1359CZK is about £46.98, ie. the foam and jack part of the full size spare wheel kit is cheap. If you use the OEM part number 3V0093860B you should be able to order this kit through a local Skoda dealer's parts department. Then you just need a 16" space wheel, such as 205/55R16 fitted to a 6.5Jx16 ET46 5/112 57.1 steel rim.

Front Lower Suspension arm pin or bush skoda fabia
I would change both sides, as the other might soon go also. It might be better to replace the lower steel wishbones as well, as these can rust through from the inside. This also means that the front and rear bushes are already fitted into the wishbone. You can see in the chart below that item number 2 varies depending whether the Fabia MK2 has build code G01/G07 or not. It probably doesn't as the other build codes are far more numerous, ie. build codes G02/G03/G04/G38/G39/G40/G41. 1 6R0 407 151 track control arm, complete D >> - 28.06.2010 left 1 PR-G02/G03/ G04/G38/G39/ G40/G41 (1) 6R0 407 151 E track control arm, complete D - 29.06.2010>> left 1 PR-G02/G03/ G04/G38/G39/ G40/G41 (1) 6R0 407 152 track control arm, complete D >> - 28.06.2010 right 1 PR-G02/G03/ G04/G38/G39/ G40/G41 (1) 6R0 407 152 E track control arm, complete D - 29.06.2010>> right 1 PR-G02/G03/ G04/G38/G39/ G40/G41 (1) 6R0 407 151 D track control arm, complete left 1 PR-G01/G07 (1) 6R0 407 152 D track control arm, complete right 1 PR-G01/G07 2 1J0 407 181 bonded rubber bush rear 2 PR-G02/G03/ G04/G38/G39/ G40/G41 (2) 6R0 407 181 B bonded rubber bush 1 PR-G01,G07 3 357 407 182 bonded rubber bush front 2 https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/fabia/fab/2014-697/4/407-407010/#1 Left wishbone G02/G03/G04/G38/G39/G40/G41 https://www.autodoc.co.uk/topran/8210327 Right wishbone G02/G03/G04/G38/G39/G40/G41 https://www.autodoc.co.uk/topran/8210331

New Tyres for Octavia VRS, slightly bigger on profile size??
The standard tyre sizes on the Octavia MK3 RS have about the same outside diameter. Outside diameter 225/45R17 634.3mm 225/40R18 637.2mm 225/35R19 640.1mm There is less than 1% difference in the outside diameter between all three sizes.
-
New Tyres for Octavia VRS, slightly bigger on profile size??
If the 3.5% increase in gearing made no difference, Skoda would have increased the gearing themselves. Gearing is carefully optimised by the manufacturer before a new car comes onto the market, as undergearing a car increases fuel consumption and emissions. Even if you were happy with the 3.5% increased gearing, the increased sidewall height would raise the car's centre of gravity by 11.25mm. Bear in mind that the RS is lowered by 15mm to improved handling, yet by fitting these bigger outside diameter tyres you are throwing away most of this gain.
-
New Tyres for Octavia VRS, slightly bigger on profile size??
Outside diameter 225/40R18 637.2mm 225/45R18 659.7mm Therefore, the 225/45R18 size has an outside diameter 3.5% bigger than the 225/40R18 size. This is quite a lot as anything more than 1.5% to 2% can significantly compromise the gearing, particularly 1st gear and top gear. If you want more sidewall, going down to 225/45R17 (with suitable rims) would make more sense. 225/45R17 is also a much cheaper tyre size than 225/45R18, perhaps saving around £250 on a set of 5 new tyres.

This is because aftermarket shock absorbers mainly cater for the standard ride height market.

205/50R15 is the wrong size for the Octavia MK2 4x4. I think you meant 205/60R15, which is a much bigger tyre.

Fuel Economy Superb 2.0 TSi vs 1.5 TSi
The thrill of a fast accelerating car is very short lived, as you soon get used to it. It's a bit like taking a big-dipper ride at a theme park. Fun at first, but do it all day and it soon gets boring. Even an F1 driver soon gets used to the acceleration of his car which is in a different league to the relatively slow 276bhp Superb 4x4.

Paint coating
I doubt any new Skoda alloy rims are powder coated. Powder coating is more suited to steel. When applied to aluminium, the alloy rim gives off gases when put in the oven at about 200 degrees centigrade to melt the powder and cure the paint. This results in bubbles forming in the paint, so not a high quality finish. It's also difficult to remove powder coating if you want to repaint them at a later date. However, I could be wrong about some of these details...so do ask an expert. 5E0601025D 1 5E0 601 025 D aluminium rim 7JX17 ET49 4 PR-C7E DENOM 5E0601025D 8Z8 diamond silver 2011.12... https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/octavia/oct/2016-753/6/601-601070/
