Driving in Europe - need light stickers?
You're all talking about going to "Europe" as if you were based in Africa...

Car unexpectedly braking when in ACC
Map data is really ****e. It's the worst navigation system I've seen in the past few years. I'm experiencing the same issues. "Bend ahead" on a highway (where there is none) and the car wants to slow down to 40 km/h. Luckily, it's never that dramatic, so you can take over control without any problems, but it's fairly annoying. Consider turning off road layout response. I did that and while sometimes I miss it, overall I'm more satisfied.

Car not connecting to internet
Leave them out for five minutes or so. You might be unlucky, but it's worth trying.

Car not connecting to internet
My colleague had this problem. He solved it by removing the fuse for a moment.

Wheel differences, weight, quality, price?
My car has just two allowed options: 7,5J17 ET41 7J17 ET43 So that matches what your dealer told you. I also chose to go with 17" for winter tyres and the ET value narrowed it down a lot. My car has a 110kW engine if it's relevant.

Massage function fault
You're right. We shouldn't. But we do. If we wish to keep using the feature, that is.

Tyre Pressure 2024 Mk4 Superb
Well, I simply do what the manufacturer recommends. I don't pretend to be smarter or know better and I'm not buying all those stories about the big conspiracy. I'm also pretty sure the insurance company would gladly take a low tyre pressure as a reason to decline any claim, so I just do whatever that sticker tells me to do.
- Anybody worked out how to pair the key to the car?

Rear light in daylight
It is a major problem if you're in a country where this is mandatory. And I'm sick and tired of dealerships and services claiming it's not possible. Well, it clearly is possible elsewhere.

Mobile phone not charging
I have an S24 ultra with a case. It's a really really tight fit, but charging works fine. Does it work when you try to disable NFC?

Media player doesn’t resume playing the same that was playing on exit
It's probably not a bug. I'm also struggling with this. Especially when the car keeps bullying me with disableing scrolling for a few seconds every now and then.

You need to look at the VW code, not these numbers.

No more auto hold on MK4?
I'm having the same problem. Have you noticed any pattern? Mine seems to do it randomly.

Software failure not so Superb
Yep, you nailed it. It's the same on the Czech forum, software issues are not really a topic there (unlike DCC). But if you look at it, it's actually not that many people here reporting problems as it looks, I'd say they just post a lot. There's a fix you can try. -> I don't want to try any fix, I want the company to fix it. -> Yes, but that's not happening any time soon. -> Well, then they shouldn't have produced such a car. -> Have they announced a date now? -> No, not yet. -> And how about now? -> No, still not. -> Well, then they shouldn't have produced such a car. -> (repeat)

Enabling both rear fog lights with VCDS - LED cluster
OK, I found it. If anybody else is facing this problem, the last thing that needs to be set is the type of light used. The setting to update is Leuchte26NSL LA72-Lasttyp 26. Set the value to mirror the other fog light (right -> left or the other way around). In my case the correct value was 9. Sorry again for digging up an old thread.
