2.0 TDi 150 timing belt interval?
Yep, and that is still less confusing than asking VW themselves Many have asked the question and the answer seems to be that UK only is 5 years, the rest of Europe is 10 years inspection, replace if necessary! For me, the car is out of warranty so it will be my gamble when the time comes in 8 months. I'll probably be near to 80,000 miles then so will get it done.

5 years or 140k miles- Columbus Clock Display
My 2017 shows the analogue clock when the ICE is switched off. I just enabled the option that you have.- Dog crate and roof rails for a 17 plate Superb MkIII Estate?
I bought one of these. Currently unavailable, but cost about £80 i think. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07K9JM6B5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1- how to remove this?
Hairdryer?- New car - questions
I wouldnt accept that. I would tell them to get the correct one on order and fit that when it comes in. It's not recommended practice as all brands have different characteristics, braking distance etc.- New car - questions
You certainly shouldn't mix cross ply and radial, but I'm not even sure that cross ply tyres still exist. I wouldn't be happy driving with different tyres on the same axle, front to back wouldnt concern me, but thats personal opinion. To me it would show a cheapskate previous owner, or a care-free one.- Start/stop... Linked to steering...
Mine is heavy but doesn't take much effort at all to start the engine. I prefer a gentle tap of the throttle to get the engine started in advance of moving off otherwise I still find it a bit disconcerting to not know if the car is going to pull away when I ask it to.- What have you done to your Superb III today?
JR RS, you need to remember, Oz has a lot of something we struggle with in the UK. Sunshine- What have you done to your Superb III today?
Hi Boydeee, the company is carshades.co.uk You get 6 pieces, 2 passenger windows, 2 rear qtrs and 2 that join together across the rear window. This does leave a seam down the centre of the rear screen but hasnt bothered me so far. You install them using metal clips (watch the video on their website, but really easy to do)- What have you done to your Superb III today?
Fitted some CarShades. Had planned to get the rears tinted even darker, but shades were only £81 and, obviously, removeable for the winter months. So far, so good. Nice and secure fitting.- Window Tint Aftermarket
Hi, I have had a quote to tint the rear windows of the Superb Estate. The car has sunset tint but I don't find this dark enough for my dog, and my previous car had privacy glass which I loved. Has anyone had either Onyx or Luna tint fitted? The Onyx claims to be limo tint, which sounds too dark, but the Luna tint photos I have seen don't look dark enough. I was wondering if anyone had experience of adding the Luna tint over the factory sunset glass, and what it looks like. Thanks in advance.- Service Logbook

Why is VCDS required for changing pads and disks. I have always used a friends garage for all my work, but they don't have VCDS, so can they not do this job when the time arrives?- What bulbs are fitted to the S3 & upgraded bulb recommendations
I removed the boot lights from my 2017 estate and split open the light assembly to find a standard W5W bulb inside. I fitted: MCK Auto – T10 W5W 501 Very happy with the result. A decent upgrade for £8.99 from amazon.- DriveGreen - High score / lower MPG - 2.0TDI /2018
I find I get the same mpg from the Normal setting as I do Economy. I think my driving style means I drive the car harder in Eco mode, so it doesn't give me the benefits others see.- What have you done to your Superb III today?
I've had 3 punctures in the last 18 months, about 20,000 miles. Guess I keep the average down for most people.- 2018 Superb. How does Adaptive cruise, front assist, emergency brake, and blind spot work in real life?
This could be said of many driver assistance features on modern cars, ABS, Traction control etc, which I believe would all be checked under the MOT brake test.- Skoda dropping diesels ?
I would still buy a diesel if I was getting a new car as I tend to keep them for a long time. If I was a car flipper, like I was when I was younger, it would be a tough decision.- It's getting cold again...
Have you tried a decent fuel? I had a problem like this on a previous Diesel that really struggled with Tesco fuel in the winter. I would have put it down to a bad batch of fuel but it happened twice. The AA said the fuel was gummed up.- 2018 Superb. How does Adaptive cruise, front assist, emergency brake, and blind spot work in real life?
"Do all Superbs have city emergency brake" That is a question I would love answering as well. Does ACC need to be activated for this to work? How do you know it works, or if there is a problem with it?- Do all mk3 2.0tdi use adblue
My 2017 Mk3 2.0 doesn't use adblue.- Headlight height alignment
I adjusted mine by finding a quiet lane and adjusting them to the road in front of me. Much much better, and never had anyone flash me, so will be ok until MOT time.- Recirculation mode still gets outside odour
In that case the manual is misleading. It cannot completely prevent outside air entering the car. It would be like having your head inside a large plastic bag IF it sealed completely. The rubber seals around your doors provide a watertight seal, not airtight. Also, I believe, many modern cars have airflow that cannot be blocked completely using the recirc button so that the cabin air remains fresh. - 2.0 TDi 150 timing belt interval?
