  1. Only city driving or mixed?
  2. He is from EU. 😉 But as we know from all the issues with the SOS calls, looks like also UK cars have it. 😁
  3. Same here. I think they are just preparing the basics before they will roll out major updates over the air.
  4. 88 EUR for both (in January). For Infotainment Online and Remote Access.
  5. This. ☝️ Except navigation database updates. For this you need Infotainment Online subscription.
  6. Paid Data subscription is only usable for additional services like internet radio, etc. eCall and OTA updates don't require any additional data subscription and are working out of the box. But some requirements need to be met (additional data plan is not on the list) in order to get the updates:
  7. It's not possible. Drive mode always defaults to Normal at every start of the engine.
  8. I'm sure you have it. As far as I know every new car in EU has to have it since eCall is mandatory in EU for making emergency calls.
  9. You get an on screen message when there is one available for download. They arrive through built in sim.
  10. With the latest OTA update I got a new option in the menu called "Service Campaigns". Could be Škoda is preparing to release also major updates over the air.
  11. Looks like race blue.
  12. I would say this is definitely not normal. I have mine over a year and a half now and never noticed anything similar.
  13. Actually they are not. My friend ordered a Citroen Berlingo in the middle of the 2021. He was give no information whatsoever. A month ago he got a call that they need to pay an extra 2000 EUR, the car MIGHT arrive by the end of the year, and they also said they can't guarantee with what options the car will arrive. It may arrive with the parking sensors or not, it may arrive with the revers camera or not, etc. Of course they canceled the order. After almost a year of waiting.
  14. https://www.vwroc.com/forums/topic/37047-disconnecting-stopstart-system/ It's not from Briskoda. But from another vw forum.
  15. You know you can also press the physical Set button and then turn off the stop/start system? Much easier than swipe down. Will try to find that source.
  16. I think there is only one connector on the negative terminal on the battery. You can't miss it.
  17. I think there is a topic on Briskoda where it was confirmed that unplugging the start/stop cable from the battery causes BMS (battery management system) failing to optimally charge the battery.
  18. Hi, It doesn't say if the connection cables are included or not. As far as I know, there are no cables preinstalled. So you also need the cables from the front console to the rear.
  19. Never heard of a lap timer. 🤔
  20. My car is almost a year and a half old and I only replaced the battery once. Not sure if replacing a battery every 4 months is how it should be. If the key is stationary for a period of time, it goes to sleep mode to save the battery. Maybe there is something wrong with your key?
  21. Anyway, long term data is automatically reset every 9999 km or 99h of driving.
  22. Matrix lights work just fine in Europe.
  23. Nice rims! I'm looking at the same ones. Car is at stock height?
