  1. @e-Roottoot thanks for explaining. I just think if Skoda did that with Octavia this year, then it is quite a jump from the January last year.
  2. I'm sure there are also such cars in those numbers. But not so many that could largely affect the final numbers. But thank you for pointing that out since I didn't think about it. In the first week of January, when I collected my car, there were already 6 VRS's sold (actually sold to buyers) at that particular dealer alone.
  3. No, no audis. At lease a new ones. Audi is premium brand over here. Quite expensive. But we have a lot used ones, usually imported from northerner countries like Austria and Germany.
  4. it's really hard to read such topics with all the issues you guys have.
  5. This is a real surprise. The new Octavia won the 1st place in the number of registered cars in January here in Slovenia. And check the 5th place. There were also 146 VRSs registered.
  6. Sure. I'll post un update her. I hope I get the date confirmed in a week or two.
  7. Had 45 km left on the dash the other day and I managed to put in 44 liters. This is one of the most hard to understand decisions mad by Skoda to put a 50 L tank in the sport petrol version of the mid class car.
  8. Yes. This is not something you can just enable in the car's settings. This can only be done through a computer connected to your car's computer. There are companies (like the one in the video) who can enable hidden features in the car's computer. With some knowledge, a computer and an OBD connector (connector which allows you to connect a computer to the car) you can do that also by your own. This used to be quite easy to do, but on the new VAG cars this is now a bit harder.
  9. I don't know. I'm sure the car in the video above is not the VRS model, but I don't know what engine does it have.
  10. Looks like it is not available by default on all models. I would says it is only available on VRS models. Although here you can see it can be turned on additionally
  11. Yes, it is a DSG oil temperature.
  12. Yes, it is in the spare wheel.
  13. maybe you can suggest them this. But a Superb is one car class higher so it's a little bit more expensive.
  14. Although I really can't compare it to anything else, I expected it having a little bit more bass.
  15. Missing heated steering wheel wouldn't bother me. I would take take that 100. But that is just me. I certainly wouldn't return the car because of it.
  16. Sorry, should have written more clear. it's not an option out of the box. But they can turn beep on locking option on and enable you an additional menu in the settings so you can turn it off and on by yourself later. And sorry, I don't know if this is achievable with Carista or not. You can check it here
  17. Beep on locking is already supported. After activating you can tun it on/off in the menu. Will post un updated here after the meet. I don't have a fixed date yet. You can also watch some videos of the new Octavia and the new Golf here: https://www.youtube.com/user/MtlCarGarage
  18. The Kodiaq one above would be really nice to have. I'm having an appointment in a week or so to switch on some options in the car. For example memory function for lane assist, DRL on the back always on, car alarm, etc... Currently there is a lot less options available which can be modified as on older cars. But they say the list will grow slowly.
  19. Ohhh god! I'm crying! You made my evening! But I know how you feel. I jumped to new Octavia from a 17 year old Honda Accord with the highest tech being radio controls on the steering wheel.
  20. @Greezy56 did you check AC settings if you perhaps have the option there?
  21. Would be really nice to have something like this in the Golf GTI.
  22. Strange. I think I haven't seen a car without it.
