Intermittent Cutting Out and Other Electrical Witchcraft
Been looking about on other parts of Brisky, seem to have things pointing towards a dying fuel pump relay of some sort. I'm going to get the correct relay from TMS and fit it just to see if that helps it any as it's got progressively worse with it now beginning to cut out or try to stall when running and in motion, making me think it's a fuelling issue of some sort as it's like turning the key to turn the engine off.

That should be everything sorted, at least on the surface. The web hosting folk aren't impressed that I've been uploading such big files for reasons beyond me so I'm currently trying to make sure they don't suspend the account!

61k... the trip is what I've done in shy of a week. Ticked past 600 miles on the way home. Safe to say this week has been tiring! Still, 61k miles isn't bad for a car that'll be 16 years old this year.

Cheers Lee, I wouldn't have noticed those issues. If they're 404-ing then it may be because they're linked to the old addresses with Geocities. I had issues across the board with this and I think these are ones I didn't transfer. I'll sort that out tomorrow morning.

Nothing particularly new, but if you've got this page bookmarked it's now at http://www.madinterwebs.co.uk/fabdl since I've purchased a web domain.

Basil's Last Stand..
Jesus that is pretty bad, Mac. It does sound a bit like what my Grampa did with the Edition 100 Vectra. He regassed the air conditioning himself as the rad for it was FUBAR from hitting a pheasant - done a lot of the other work himself too, but it probably would have been an insurance write-off at the time regardless. I don't know if it's still cost effective to do the air con regas yourself, if you have to do it, of course.

This should do the job. Problem solved.- Hi, First Skoda. Fabia vrs mk1 love it
Good evening and welcome to Briskoda! 15k miles is impressive!- Anyone fitted R15 wheels to Mk2 Fabia VRS
15" alloys might be the smallest you can go on the MkII vRS, it's rather dependent on the size of your brakes.- Trevorb33’s Citigo Vrs 148Bhp (Up gti Conversion)
Oh I forgot about that one! I remember coming across that a wee while ago.- Trevorb33’s Citigo Vrs 148Bhp (Up gti Conversion)
155bhp in a Citigo is honestly the most terrifying thing I've heard but I love it.- Photographs of Past Cars...

Stirling via Callander, Bannockburn, Larbert, Falkirk, and Cumbernauld... Lapped it up well, besides a random "wobble of death" around 65-75mph, especially on accelerating. Currently going about the car ticking off things that could be wrong. So far my tyre pressures are okay but still to check balancing weights haven't went their holidays. Could be thinking about the console bushes, or whatever the weird clunk from the front driver's side is - could be drop links, or the CV joint or something odd. May also see about getting the balancing redone and the tracking checked. In the meantime, hae a photiegraph that I taken to remember where I parked.- Unimpressed with My First Skoda

Greetings and welcome to Briskoda!- olduns' cruets!
- Polo 6r gti seats in fabia mk2
You won't get 6R seats in a Fabia properly due to the fact they're on a newer VAG platform. 9Ns should fit since you can fit Mk1 Fabia seats in a Mk2 AFAIK, since they're all on a common platform.- Photographs of Past Cars...
Another one, with the Veccy B. This must have been one of the earliest examples as well. Taken at Aird Donald Caravan Park in Stranraer, c.1996.- Photographs of Past Cars...
They were quite rare compared to their 4-door counterparts IIRC. My Granda (through my Mum's side) had an HA Viva when he passed his driving test in 1966. It started life in duck-egg blue, then white, then red with a black roof.- Photographs of Past Cars...
- Hifi of Yesteryear vs Today's effort!
Used to have a pair of beige ones which are now consigned to the big box of spare bits. However, I fair fancied having a black one and when one came up for a tenner I bought it.- New member from Melbourne, Australia
Hello and welcome to Briskoda! That's a nice looking Octavia too, they always looked good in the white, IMO.- New Member to Skoda forum
Hello and welcome to Briskoda! This Superb you're looking at will be a Mk2, I suggest stopping by the Mk2 Superb section and asking them for tips and advice when buying a Superb. Enjoy the site.- AnnoyingPentium's Return Dive into Swimming... and other 'elf stuff
Meant to make the post earlier: Swimming was off on Monday since my Granny and Granda was away to Carlisle for Monday till Wednesday just there. Going back this Monday though. - Skoda Fabia Estate 2004 Duff headlight bulb.
