  1. To add on that... Skoda Superb estate. Don't give yourself the misery of driving a modern Vauxhall.
  2. If it's rear and left (like this picture) it'll be the exhaust. Which, if I'm right in saying, has an outer shell type thing and another inner layer.
  3. How did you manage to sort it?
  4. Those were standard fitment with my car. You'll be looking for door cards from an Ambiente, which is also where the seats are from.
  5. Always could...
  6. So, are you like Iron Man then? I was going to say Caped Crusader but that'd be the wrong super-hero and the wrong bloody franchise...
  7. £2k will get you something over 150k miles roughly, maybe bordering on mildly ropey as well. I don't want to talk you out of the vRS since they're cool as hell, but the Elegance comes with a few more toys over the non-'options box ticked' spec vRS at the expense of losing 30hp and the bodykit. Not saying this is what you must do, but it's just food for thought, as they say.
  8. Thanks, was a retrofit that I did.
  9. Aye that's odd lol. Good work though.
  10. Those seats look awfully familiar... Oh... Good upgrade on your car, IMO. The darker seats look much better than the grey ones.
  11. Can confirm. That these were an option, based on this booklet I have, should be on the third page.
  12. Had this since new in 2015/16 IIRC. Works, but I've not got a charger for it anymore. Just the standard issue HP blue barrel type. Comes with a Celeron CPU, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB HDD, 11" touch screen, the ability to turn into a tablet, USB ports, a headphone jack. Overall not a bad bit of kit. £60 + tracked postage. Open to offers. Collection from KA6 is also available along with local (Ayrshire) delivery if petrol costs are covered.
  13. What about a nice wee red Mk1 Fabia...?
  14. Oh ya ****ing dancer that is nice! Aye same, funnily enough. Saw it at a show in Muirkirk c.2016. See below:
  15. Must echo what Pete said. Glad to have ya back!
  16. As the other two guys have said, my thoughts are with you, even if I'm quite a few hundred miles away.
  17. My 2006 Fabia (1.2 12v BME) is fine with 'the dreaded E10' (). Just the same as always really. I tried going to Super E5 but there was no noticeable difference, not even in MPGs, so I'll stick to the cheaper E10 for it, saves me a fortune. So I reckon you'll be alright.
  18. My Uncle had this issue when he turned 70, being the only driver for the minibus at the care home he worked in. He's now retired as he couldn't be bothered going through getting medical evidence etc etc.
  19. Hope it all goes well. Best of luck.
  20. Sorry to hear about the bolt. Sounds like a hell of a job. You've also bet me to doing the console bushes.
  21. Where? M1 is a type of vehicle classification. You can read up on it here.
  22. You have a Mk2 Facelift model.
  23. Having gone from having air con, to going without, to having it again. I can confirm it makes a world of difference, especially for demisting your windows.
  24. Yes I know. I do possess locking wheel nuts on my Fabia for that reason, but I live near Ayr, so no surprises why.
  25. Last week at the swimming was a bit more challenging due to how busy the pool was, but managed 35 lengths. Didn't get going this week as I threw my back out at the weekend there.
