Is this 4 months by experience or dealer talk? Also Toyota doesn't offer much wanted cars at the moment IMO. Not much PHEV's for everyday use (Prius is small) and first EV is still coming. Also this ordering process varies much per dealer. Looks like there is alot of difference in Skoda dealers. Some of you have no information about the car, and some have. There's alot of Skoda's ordered. I bet that with larger dealers the order book is quite big, and reporting everything to customers would definetely require more workers to keep track of them all.

Stop guessing about the delivery times Nothing is real until the car is sitting at the dealer. Same thing with many electronic products. Just waiting for them to arrive. Nobody knows when something is delivered. Dealer giving you some dates is just guessing. He knows little more than you do I mean i believe you guys, who ordered the car somewhere almost a year ago. Many people have had their car before that. No good explanation for that.

Mmm i disagree on this one. My dealer told me that he rather not tell about any updates, since they not be valid. I instead like to have any information i can get. Just makes me feel that something is happening

Yeah guys, it's no use to point your fingers on Skoda. All the dealers have same issues. Dealers have hard times telling you anything, since they dont get the information either. Lack of information is not because of dealers, but rather because factory processes can't handle the situation. There is (or was) no guide at the factory for "how to handle 30000 unfinished cars". Old orders are i _guess_ literally lost in the system, or perhaps just too far in the parking lot to be found anymore Latest news for me is that build week is 7, but according to the, it might take weeks to move forward.

This is a feature, not a bug. Has something to do with car being always on default mode for emissions or something weird. Perhaps can be changed in the future with OBD11 etc.

That sure is odd. I've also seen lots of cars ordered before summer being "lost". Not sure what is going on since some have waited for 10months while some 6-8months. Did your dealer tell you what state the car is in, or does it not have any state?

Wireless carplay is enabled by bluetooth but uses WLAN for transfer. Just add the phone over bluetooth like any phone. Then it should ask that do you want to use the phone with Carplay or just bluetooth. No wired connection needed. Could this help?

Do you have the same powertrain? How much does your options differ? Do you have Canton, parking assist or rear view camera? DId he get them?

If you get the alert when starting the car, it means that cars starting diagnostics sees some issue with the light lever adjuster/motor. I'd take to the dealer for a check. Could be a loose connection or broken motor.

Same here. Dealer assumed that my car was already in production, so factory might have the parts already. But yeah, no official information, but that does not mean its not affecting production. Does anyone know what did this factory specifically produce? Some door panel stuff, but what exactly?

Ah right. I didnt know the hardwire kits are that "smart". I might just go witht he normal usb-c powered still, since parking mode is not necessary for me. Rather a bonus if it would be easily archieved.

Well since there is a port already, why would i power it otherwise?

Does anyone know how could i change the USB-C ports to continous power?
