Double reversing lights has not been a thing since early 2000. Most newer car models only have one reversing and one fog light. Why need two if you have one good enough?

My dealer asked me to leave out Canton's from Octavia to get it sooner. He had no idea how much sooner so i didn't see the point

I Agree with Zedboy. the hybrid version is 200-300kg heavier and higher. For pleasure get the petrol version. I you want to save on gas for shorter trips but still have some fun, get the hybrid. For the me hybrid suits quite well. I can do my work (32km) daily with electric and when i want to drive, i can just fire up the petrol engine. Its still perhaps a compromise, but i get the best of both worlds. I do like the electric driving, even if this has a gearbox after the electric engine. Full EV is not an option yet, even if that would be the best for me.

Battery/electric boost is always there. Even if the battery is "empty", it still has some power. You can get the same 0-100km time with the battery "empty". It's there to boost it always. Max power might be only in sport mode. Empty battery is still best on city, when you break and start often, since braking charges. Nice video of the range and consumption.

It's indeed a shame they made Canton so "bad" compared to the Dynaudio. Even if the sub is 5.25" on both, its quite different.

If you're really concerned about the range, try using a different temp requests. Winters with 22c requested takes a lot of juice from the battery, especially when for the first few miles. The heater is about 5-6kW, which is about the same as electric Sauna. It's demand will go down when the temperature inside the car starts getting up. When the battery is cold and the heater wants to get he's hands on the battery it immediately drops your range. Your battery is about 10kWh, so you can do the math. Also since the battery is cold, its cant give you that much energy, since the cells are frozen. One thing you could also try, is to charge the car to 100% right before you leave. This heats up the battery a little. Our 2nd car, is a Seat Mii electric. On summers it can get 300km with full charge. Winters its about half. Really depends on how much it needs heating.

Nope, i neve have the phone on my instrument panel. When someone calls it pops up on the right side. IIRC you can change that. There's an option to change between stations/favorite stations. Btw, i like it more to scroll trough phone book. I dont use favorites on my phone

Yeah its stiffer than basic ones. Also i believe i tgets the progressive steering, which i think normal iV's don't have.

Yeah we're also quite similar in taste. it was mamba green with RS or race blue with e-etec When we were looking at a EV for GF, we almost got the Kiwi green Citigo-e. Would have been nice with the next year arriving Mamba green Ended up with Chester blue Mii electric since it has 5yo warranty and found a good one with 1500km mileage.

900€ is not bad actually. For me my choise was 1500e aftermarket install or canton. Got the Canton so i dont have to mind guarantees and such.
