  1. Looking forward to following your modding exploits on the GTE and hopefully seeing a new thread to follow. 👍
  2. Being pragmatic, that solution may come back to bite you.
  3. There's plenty of posts on here suggesting Leeds & Bradford are hotspots for infotainment theft.
  4. A seagull bringing it's eel breakfast for me to watch it being devoured. A lifeboat passing Herd Groyne lighthouse in the calm after the storm.
  5. From recollection, the car can store other codes than for just the OEM radio so you should be okay. If that's wrong then don't hate me! 😉
  6. Apologies. 🤭 That'll teach me to only look at the quoted post and not the original! 🤭
  7. @GregorSamsa @Joco776 Please only use English on Briskoda as it makes it easier for all members to understand. 👍
  8. Agreed as it keeps everything neater.
  9. Sorry to hear about your circumstances and hopefully things come good in the future. 👍 BTW, changing your car doesn't mean you have to leave Briskoda. 😜
  10. @Octaviadrivers Please only use English on Briskoda. 👍
  11. Not too sure that saying your wife should be wide is a good idea either. 😜
  12. Stop posting scary photos Lee! 😉

  14. This video could possibly be a starting point. 👍
  15. One thing that hasn't been mentioned is that only OEM VCDS cables will show the codes - dodgy versions won't.
  16. Nice to see my favourite group is on that compilation.
  17. It may be used to indicate congestion too?
  18. I was in Chesterfield yesterday and spotted this (FYI - large) sign and think it's probably the first time I've seen one like it. Are they commonplace in others areas?
  19. I can't help with any recommendations as it's not something I've done. There have been a few people that've upgraded to Android units on here though so hopefully they'll respond.
  20. With your car being a 2007 model you might have a MP3 Bolero headunit. The problem there is you'd have to burn mp3 CD's though. Maybe time to upgrade?
  21. Whatever your source is.
  22. The AUX input is just a dumb input so you'd have zero way of selecting anything on the USB. In other words the only way to hear anything is for AUX to be selected and the other device to be already playing/outputting.
