Inside wear on one front tyre
I'd suggest taking it to a more reputable tyre place than ATS, somewhere with a proper laser 4 wheel alignment tester and technicians properly trained how to use it. Too far for you but when I lived in Hampshire I would always go to Micheldever Tyres, but now they're part of Protyre I'm not so sure (had a bad experience with Protyre in Westbury).

What's your Vehicle Score?
888 for my 2016 Octavia L&K 1.8TSI DSG hatch.

Car won't start Immobalizer active?
Sounds like your 12V battery is too low to start the car, so I suggest you connect a charger to the 12V battery.

Skoda octavia 2022 how can I turn off seatbelt chime in rear seats
Regardless whether it's a taxi adult passengers are still required by law to wear a seat belt.

Lack of spoilers
The key phrase is post-Brexit, which obviously doesn't affect Australia. Kopacek have refused to ship a couple of items to me in the UK post-Brexit that they shipped to me before Brexit for a previous Octavia.

How small is the 12v battery on the iv?
Any 12V systems, like the radio, run off the 12V battery not the HV traction battery.

Mileage computer resets
Have the garage done a load test on the battery? - eliminate the simple before searching for the complex (and expensive).

Lack of spoilers
Unfortunately post-Brexit Kopacek won't ship large item (anything bigger than Accepted by Royal Mail) so I have doubts they will accept an order for a spoiler from @Skodatavia who is based in Co. Down.

When Adaptive Cruise Control slows to avoid approaching a car in front, do the brake lights turn on?
It would perform like the place name used by Dylan Thomas , Llareggub (read that place name backwards).

Interior console Lights colour change possible Octavia 2016?
Probably not - single colour LEDS only have 2 wires but RGB (multicolour) LEDs usually have four wires (common, R, G & B ) so it seems unlikely that VAG would include extra driver circuitry that will never be used in most vehicles. Plus the drive voltages for different colour LEDs are not the same (due to the different bandgap to produce the different colour) so there's an added complication there.

When Adaptive Cruise Control slows to avoid approaching a car in front, do the brake lights turn on?
Since ACC relies on the forward facing radar it would need to see through the car to work in reverse...

High Mileage Club
That will be an Octavia II not an Octavia III.

Mileage computer resets
If the open circuit voltage is good but the battery has high internal resistance then the voltage will drop when cranking - that's my thoughts? I'd suggest a load test on the battery as this will either prove or eliminate this as a possible cause.
-
Mileage computer resets
Low battery voltage caused by an engine restart, suggesting a battery with high internal resistance and in poor health?

Does L&K Show on V5?
I've owned both a 2015 Octavia 3 Elegance and a 2016 Octavia 3 L&K and neither Elegance or L&K appeared on the V5. On the Octavia 3 it's easy to tell at a glance if it's an L&K from the Laurin & Klement badges on the front wings, not sure if that's also true on a Superb?

Amundsen 2 SD card
The eBay adverts says it has AS maps so maybe it's the larger 32GB version not the smaller 16GB version - check with the seller (I bought a Skoda SD card off eBay that was advertised as 32GB but was actually 16GB so returned it to the seller for a refund).

SKODA OCTIVIA TYRE BURST WHILE RUNNING IN CRUISE CONTROL
The front right tyre bursting is not the fault of the car - it's a problem with the tyre. Was it inflated to the correct pressure (had you checked it or relied on someone else?)? Was there any existing damage to the tyre - not just on the visible outer wall but also the tread and inner wall?

Bleed breaks skoda fabia 2003
@Natalie1982 You posted a .heic format file, you need to convert to .mp3 before posting for most people to be able to see photos (I can see it at the moment because I'm currently on a MacBook which can open .heic files but very few Windows PCs can open them).

Vehicle charging all over the place
Initially it will continue to charge the new battery like the old one but it will soon learn that the battery SOC changes differently and adapt to the new battery. Coding just starts this learning process immediately.

Vehicle charging all over the place
That voltage varition is 100% normal on an Octavia 3 - it's how the micro-regenerative braking system works. Nothing to worry about in any way.

Intermittent ACC and ABS faults
Parking sensors are turned on/off based on vehicle speed, so if the ABS sensors have a problem the vehicle speed is not reliable and hence the parking sensors report a fault. Multiple ABS sensors reporting an intermittent problem suggests an intermittent connection at a common point, such as the connector on the ABS module possibly due to corrosion, or (worst case) a failing ABS module. Obviously check the connections first!
