the truth about electric cars
Nobody can say 'forever' in truth since we do not know what the ingenuity of mankind can produce in future. But having said that... EVs have motor and wheel bearings, moving parts in their steering systems, hinges on their doors, etc.? Everywhere that there are parts moving relative to each other some lubrication is required. Even 'synthetic' oils and greases are actually made by cracking crude oil and rebuilding them into a better lubricant. There do not exist non-oil based alternatives for ALL these lubrication needs so SOME oil will still be required, even when there are no ICE vehicles left running.

DAB reception issues
Radio propagation is massively affected by solar activity as well as atmospheric conditions, so radio reception in the last few days (especially DAB and digital TV which are 'all or nothing' systems) has been unpredictable.

... and rationalisation of public charger networks (so you don't need multiple cards/apps), as well as better maintenance of public chargers - see regular posts by @Ootohere of chargers not working or hogged by long-term parkers.

Tow Bar Module and Parking Sensors Help
Basic camera with composite video that just plugs into the MIB, or high spec camera with a CAN interface module that shows moving guidelines?

Central electronics security Access code in 2019 Kodiaq
Is that even possible on a 2019 Kodiaq? After Dieselgate many things like that were locked down.

Lack of power after APR tune to 2015 Octavia Scout
Looking at the graphs in the first post, it looks to me like your original stock tune was deliberately reducing torque below around 3500rpm (maybe to limit gearbox torque?) and the APR tune is just 'inheriting" that reductions. So I agree the thing to do is go back to the stock tune and then investigate why that torque reduction is happening.

OEM smart phone cup holder and Mk3 new car docs
I use the closable cubby at the front for sweet wrappers And with the "phone holder that's too small to use as a phone holder" there's still room for one cup which is all I normally need.

Any coders that could lend a hand?
Previously I had an Audi RS4 which had switchable exhaust flaps (button on the steering wheel), having the exhaust in Sport mode was quite a bit louder and definitely changed peoples perception of speed. A good friend in a nearby road would occasionally said to me "you weren't hanging about yesterday" on days when I had Sport mode on but was still within the 30mph limit (according to both speedo and GPS).

Constant live when IGN is on
Is the supply to the cam turning off, or the cam turning off due to lower voltage?

OEM smart phone cup holder and Mk3 new car docs
I use mine to keep the phone cable and 12V charger tidy when not in use.

Diesel Engie question
You expect dealers to have good product knowledge? - simply put, they do not. The introduction of water cooled turbos and electric auxiliary pumps many years ago made that advice complete nonsense on any vehicle built in the last "many years".

Snapped Cambelt!!
@dhandley as per the thread you started are you sure your vRS has a cambelt? If it's a TSI then it does NOT.

Are the higher spec seats more comfortable?
I have a 2016 Octavia L&K Octavia 3 and have found the seats very comfortable even with my ong standing back injury. Yesterday I drove from Bath to Exeter and back with no back problems at all.

Quick wheel check/advice
With that low mileage the rust (which always forms) won't have had much opprotunity to be worn off, so I would say perfectly normal and OK.

the truth about electric cars
The original Capri was often known by an anagram of its name (Crapi), and it's sounds like the new one will inherit that dubious honour.
