What have you done to your Superb III today?
Non OE units are far cheaper at £150 per pair and, of course, are made by the OE suppliers.

Wheel bolts mk3 vs mk2
Bought these from ebay a couple of years ago and they're absolutely fine.

What have you done to your Superb III today?
On then19th October, my 2016 OEM MOLL EFB battery was replaced with an RAC branded Varta Silver Dynamic AGM 570 901 076.

What have you done to your Superb III today?
First time I drove the 280 on snow and ice (& still on the P7’s then btw) and I was amazed how the car gripped the surface. There were FW and RWD vehicles scatted on the sides of the road. Like you Colin, I wouldn’t go back to a 2WD vehicle.

2015 280 Low Coolant
The yanks got a winning class action against VAG on this issue. Very unlikely one would win here and it’d be 2041 before it was settled. Ours went earlier this year and that was a £700 fix.

Superb iv electric range.
…. as long as the owner has always worn green socks and sprinkles 00’s and 000’s on their bacon sarnies every other time they eat one and that must be before 05.00 on the third Wednesday of the month preceding Lent.

Swapping front & rear wheels over issues?

What USB cables do you use to connect your Apple device?
I have the latest iOS update (yesterday) and I have numerous non Apple cables, all of which I can safely say are not Apple certified and they all work. The one in the car is some very short, well made, non-certified cable and that also worked perfectly.

So you didn’t remove the steering wheel cover? It is literally a five minute job.

Upgraded your OE Xenons? Goodho - What’s your Opinion?
Really? I suggest you don’t hold your breath. They can’t even agree on the specifications to allow private electric scooters on the roads which, I think, have been legal in most EU countries for years, yet you can now legally ride a bike on the pavement here in Kingston! Seriously, “Shared Use” they call it; idiotic I call it….

Noise moving the steering - Official dealer estimated 3k€ repair
It’s not like it’s an unobtainable part from a 1970 Ferrari; the clock spring is a €150 (and a lot less in fact) part and easily available.

I’ll wait for @ApertureS to give his insight into this….

Both sound exactly the same as I had on the MKII.
