Bolero MIB1 Update Help Please!
I was busy earlier, and thought @pab567had you covered. I suspect you can update to 0480, but you are not in correct menu to update firmware. Hold down menu button for about 10 seconds to be able to enter engineering menu, here you will see update button and software train. You can post a picture of that to confirm what is loaded.

2019 Mk3 Sudden High Idle Problem
Unless your soot level goes above roughly 55% you won't see the lamp/warning on MFD. It does state it can take 5-20minutes at the high rev range and speed of 50km/h to 120km/h. Perhaps you need to find a longer dual carriageway, as 5 mile stretch is too short, potentially you will need 20 miles at 60mph of course for a 20 minute run time.

2019 Mk3 Sudden High Idle Problem
If you look at the data I posted, your soot will be between 15% and 55%, so the car will do active regeneration and not put on a light yet. Once your light comes on, then you need to follow what the manual say's. Odds are you perhaps have done slightly shorter journeys, or driving the car a little too economical (which is understandable!) but now the car itself is taking over the regeneration by doing an active cycle.

MKIII Fabia battery type: only EFB?
Those are from VW (erWin VW) sadly I have paid for these myself, but you might be able to find those wild on the internet. SSP = Self Study Program I find that to get ALL the information for our cars, we need to read non-Skoda SSP's as so much is missing for us. VW has quite a good range of these documents as does Audi.

Xenon Replacement Bulbs
I wouldn't recommend that site either, if that's where you looked. It was to show you colour chart and how they appear. I would recommend you stick to 4,300k or 5,000k as beyond these colour temperatures the light that your eyes "see" appears to be less, 6,000k is more a show colour to look cool blue. Your decision mind you.

Xenon Replacement Bulbs
From memory, standard HID are 35W, 5,500 lumens and a colour temperature of 4,300k. Use the follow website for so rough images of the different colour temperatures and how they appear. The lumens of most 35W HID are around the same value, though some might have better throw on the road due to design. https://www.xenonpro.com/hid-xenon-temperatures-color-chart-ultimate-headlight-guide

MKIII Fabia battery type: only EFB?
That's so the car can know the energy being input for state of charge calculation/measurement. The negative charge point will vary, on mine it is just above my battery terminal, a read of the manual will tell you.

Changed my battery
From memory, there are 4 values you can modify regarding battery. Make: VAO (Varta for example) Technology: Fleece (AGM) Ah: 70Ah (example) Serial: 12345678901 (example) Only the 2 bold entries are important to get right IMHO, and for Serial number you can just add one to existing. I would say they exist for a reason, so the car knows the health (State of Charge) if you just change, it might make the Alternator charge the battery more often, using more fuel amongst other issues.

Battery cover
Just in case people ever wonder, the function of the fabric cover is not to keep battery warm in Winter, it's to keep out the heat from the engine bay destroying the battery. It's a common misconception. VAG have made this statement, I can dig out the source if needed. Choice between a plastic box and the fabric cover, the one @roottoothas linked to is what you need, more so if AGM battery is used.

Anyone able to check for tsb for me?
The Audi TPI 2058504/1 MC-10171334-0001.pdf Shows the fix is to replace mechatronics unit on gearbox. I am sure the TPI is same as the Skoda one you asked for/asked about.

As mentioned, they don't add features. If you are getting messages about activation, then it's a cost factor to turn on.

There's an update to 8755 version, but don't expect it to turn on new features! Bug fixes are what you are likely to get.

3 bleeps at 64mph
Have you tried 2nd key to see if it occurs with that one? There's only a few stretches on the A47 that are dual as you know, so at least you can test it out without leaving Norfolk.
