School boy error HELP needed.... Air con pump
Looks to me like the lid it's screwed into simply unbolts and can be removed, thereby enabling snapped thread removal using a stud extractor and a vice.

Limp mode/boost issues - codes P1592 & P1619
No. Sounds like the loom has been strained instead of extending it properly. Try a proper auto electrician instead of a grease monkey.

Black smoke! Why? :)
It's not as simple as that, complete combustion depends on temperature, pressure and droplet size, small variations in these parameters affect flame speed quite markedly, diesel burns much slower than petrol which is why diesel engines can't rev like petrol engines do.

Spare Wheel
It's safe, that's a shelf life date for wholesalers/distributors, it will fail an MOT if it's actually perishing.

Loss of power, rough idle, check-engine light blinking
Just get the garage to replace the coil pack on the misfiring cylinder and keep an eye on your spark plugs next time, allowing them to wear out is what's killed that coil pack.

Loss of power, rough idle, check-engine light blinking
No cat damage, ECU shuts down the injector on the misfiring cylinder when it latches the CEL, that's the hideous loss of power you're experiencing.

Want a replacement for my swing radio, need help
Swap the red and yellow wires round, one is switched live the other is permanent live.

Loss of power, rough idle, check-engine light blinking
Almost certainly misfiring, flickering CEL then latching on really confirms it, hence the spark plug change last time, this time you'll need coil packs for sure which should cure it.

Asr+check engine fault code today
It could be the wiring or the plug rather than the sensor itself so make sure to bell them out first before flinging money at it.
-
Asr+check engine fault code today
There's one in the MAF and also one in the MAP, which sensor does it say?
-
Asr+check engine fault code today
Yes, ASR relies on wheel speed sensor readings.

I used superglue. Fixed.

Don't make us guess, tell us which engine you have.

Fabia vRS ECU Swap - What is required?
It's a terrible faff, you're skint, just moderate the heavy hoof or you'll brick the ECU and it'll all end in tears. Ok.

Fabia vRS ECU Swap - What is required?
I try and average 65 mph, 10% + 1 mph is the ACPO guideline speed limit.
-
Head bolt set.
Disconnect the battery for a bit or use a code reader to clear faults even if there aren't any.
-
Head bolt set.
No, try resetting the ECU and taking the car for a long drive to get the dynamic map leaned out.

Fabia vRS ECU Swap - What is required?
I also have a lead right foot but I'm happy to pay that bit extra for fuel so I can enjoy myself without worrying about it, I could get 40 mpg if I could stay awake, but I average 30 mpg so I'm using 25% more fuel, this means I spend an extra £300 per year enjoying my driving, that's nearly a gallon a week I'm wasting on getting everywhere significantly quicker, but I probably save half an hour a week so it's really a pay rise. It's all a question of perspective really. Even though I'm an old geezer now, staggering around and spending all that extra time sat in a small tin box on wheels just isn't for me.

Fabia vRS ECU Swap - What is required?
I think he'd rather have an expensive and complex technological solution to this simple problem of self-control and individual responsibility. A remapped VRS will generally be MORE economical when driven gently than standard. Fit a block of wood under the throttle pedal to aid self control and get amazing economy.

a/c on by default
Because it dries the air in high humidity by condensing the moisture out of it before blowing it at the windscreen, it does clear the screen quicker when the engine's still cold.

Oil in the boost pipes?
Yes normal.

1956515 size tyre on mk1 fabia estate
Your speedo will be hopelessly inaccurate and the front tyres will foul the arch on full lock, also your acceleration will be much slower. They are the wrong size, @Alexandruis a wild man, best advice is NOT to fit them.

1956515 size tyre on mk1 fabia estate
They won't fit, much too tall.

Ignition problem
Suggest you get the ignition lock replaced.

Fabia BBZ problems
It sounds like your precat lambda probe may be giving inaccurate readings, first you need to check for leaks in all the vacuum lines, mainly the brake servo.
