  1. I take it you mean 'doesn't affect electric drivetrains'? Otherwise the lunar rovers would have been completely pointless.
  2. From the main page when not logged in it took two clicks to find this.
  3. My thoughts exactly - email to Colin and password recovered at that end. No log in required to find his email address as it's on one of the main pages IIRC.
  4. Only mentioned it as you'd brought the names up, John
  5. There was no change of username if 'Paws 4 Thot' is really Ken O'Neil as both accounts are active which, if they're the same person, is in breach of Briskoda site rule #4 unless Colin allowed it.
  6. Somewhere there's an axel stand just out of shot
  7. Don't know why Skoda stopped the Citigo eiV to be honest. A small town car is ripe for an EV grocery getter I would have thought 🤷
  8. I don't think this is the piece from The Time that's in one of his books but you get the idea. Still, bloody awful woman when all's said and done. https://www.topgear.com/car-news/jeremy-clarkson/jeremy-clarkson-hybrids
  9. Years before the idea of lean burn technology was being pushed Thatcher was in favour of it. Clarkson wrote a piece on it many years ago. It's probably in one of his books I have on the shelf. IIRC it was a piece he wrote for the Times as it was a bit too long winded for any Sun readers.
  10. Somebody seems a little bit obsessed with EV's, fires and watching randos on YouTube.
  11. I had my doubts as soon as I clicked on the first video though my first thought was NZ at the height of summer so possibly a barbecue. Sorry for the stereotyping if there's any Kiwis reading
  12. I mean surely they could have left a hole and employed someone to fit a rubber grommet for peats sake 🤦
  13. Wait what! So the repair kit comes with screws and is therefore removable but you have to butcher the headlight to change the bulb? WTAF were Skoda thinking when they designed that?! Nuts.
  14. I didn't even know it was a thing but I certainly wouldn't be adding that on.
  15. Lee01 replied to J.R.'s topic in Skoda Yeti
It was something I wanted on my Rapid until Carista told me I needed auto headlights to enable it that's why it sprang to mind.

The coming home/ leaving home function requires you to have automatic lights (sensor built into the rear view mirror) to function AFAIK. Does your Yeti have that, John? It's normally paired with auto wipers.
  17. Doesn't work on my laptop. Tried on my Android phone and it doesn't work there either 😞
  18. Try these guys. This may not be the right one for yours but they should be able to help further. https://www.darksidedevelopments.co.uk/products/whiteline-rear-anti-roll-bar-for-audi-a1-seat-ibiza-6j-vw-polo-6r-6c-skoda-fabia-nj.html If it's Christmas I'd also ask Santa for this https://www.darksidedevelopments.co.uk/products/bilstein-b14-coilover-kit-for-seat-ibiza-6j-vw-polo-6r-skoda-fabia-audi-a1.html
  19. What engine mods? Look, all I'm saying from experience is if you want more bhp then the best accompanying handling mod is a RARB.
  20. A RARB never hurts 👍
  21. If you're planning a remap I'd leave the cosmetics alone and focus on handling mods.
  22. You get that with any mapper/ tuning service. There's always gonna be haters moaning. Celtic have a good track record from what I've seen in my almost 14 years on this site. Not that I've used them myself, they were too far away but they have a decent reputation.
  23. They'll see you right. If you've any questions they'll answer them. Good luck 👍
  24. Best advice is ring around a few reputable mappers and avoiding any fly boys on Facebook or wherever who say they can do you a decent Remap for a few quid. They can't and those are the ones to definitely avoid. I don't know who the current go to guys are now but it used to be Shark Performance, Celtic Tuning or Darkside Developments. A decent Remap is what you want and those guys could/ can do that so talk to them or email them for quotes/ advice. A bad remap done badly by some idiot with a laptop for £50 is definitely not advisable.
