Pete's Rescue Roomster
Damn! Pete that's a bummer. Then I'd look for some decent reflector units from a breaker/ eBay/ usual suppliers etc. Those as they are are absolutely shocking at night and it amazes me how they were ever approved. Good luck and sorry that didn't help

Pete's Rescue Roomster
Yeah Pete, same on our MkII Fabia. Worst idea ever to fit halogens in projectors. I got around it by fitting a HID kit. World of difference and literally it was a day and night difference. I don't know current legality of HID kits but the tester can't touch them IIRC. Hide the ballasts out of sight if possible. The only other option back then was getting reflector units but I think the MkII Fabia and Roomster are now able to be fitted with Osram LED's. Gimme 5 minutes and I'll dig out the Osram bumph 👍

Hello and thank you.
Hi and welcome to Briskoda @JamesWilson46 👏 Cracking engines those 1.9TDi's. Almost bulletproof and pretty strong and looked after properly they'll go on and on. I had one in my MkI Fabia but remapped to 154bhp which made for fun 😊

Aussie Elroq will not charge from a timer
@Aspman might have some info on this but I suspect it's an issue with the apps not talking to eacher and the cars system properly (I think that's what the problem he had was)

2025 Kodiaq Sportline - heated door mirros
I suspect another case of the Skoda heated mirror activation function being caused by the button not lining up with the mirror on the dial again. The below pics are where it needs to be set for the heated mirrors to operate. It's been like this in every Skoda I've owned. They operate independantly of the rear heated screen unlike a lot of other cars from various marques.

Superb mk2 2.0 tdi - how long does it take to get to temp at this time of year? (November)
Might sound like a daft question but are people driving around with the heating on full or even half full because if so, that'll be why the car's taking time to get up to temperature. The cabin heater is drawing what little heat it can from the coolant that's flowing and therefore the engine will take a lot longer to get up to temperature. Winter/ colder months I always have the heater off for a while (with the heated seats on) until it gets to temperature. In my 1.6TDi Rapid just now it was 6C outside and after five or six kilometers at 60 and 50 Kph it was nice and warm and I swithed the heating on.

BRISKODA App
It's not an app as such in the normal sense, it's a saving of Briskoda on your phone's main page. To get the logo with direct link on Android, tap the three dots when on the Briskoda site then tap 'add to home screen'. Chrome will then ask you to tap and hold the widget to add it to your home screen. @Dean knows how to do it if you're an Apple user.
