Exhaust options for Sportline 280
I'm getting a custom one built from DKU performance in Walsall based on their reviews online (google, Facebooks etc) and I've been there to discuss options. If money was not an issue then I would got one built by RS Fabrications.

Power Tailgate Fault
Ive only had the car for 6 months (2015 280 with 70k now), the occurence isn't very frequent unless Ive open it a few times in a short space of time, it will start beeping and the tailgate wont go down. I just manually push it down and the next time i use the remote to open it, it works!

272 Superb OPF stageIII
Ok so Ive been speaking to another exhaust fabricator and he's suggested something else! lol As Ive bought a Trackslag 4" decat, he's said he will install 2 anti drone silencers with a 3" pipe going into the existing "Y" section to the backboxes (This is is to keep the cost down and as I wanted it near stock level as in terms of sound) - is the standard Y section pipe 2.75" or lower? He did say that that there will be a lot more build of heat in the Y section due to connectiong 3" inch pipe and looking to run 480-500bhp. However it should be safe as long as Im not hammering it all the time i.e. trackdays Also I will get some noise/drone because of the decat, his suggestion would have been to build a 3.5" Turbo back.

Potential Group buy: Custom Exhaust, anyone?
As you may know that an exhaust for an S3 is from between £2k - £4k depending on which brand. I've heard that the Milltek system for the VW Arteon is similar, however will need modifications to fit. I've been speaking to DKU Performance based in Walsall who are custom exhaust/pipework fabricators and I asked if he could build an exhaust which is fairly quiet, non droing and resonating! (well, I kind of challenged him if he could! ) He's prepared to do a groupbuy with a minimum order of 5 as per the challenge, he will design a spec based on the requirement. He can do a turbo back, cat- back or 3.5" turbo back, retaining valve control. Depending on the final spec will be between £1200 - £1600 fitted. So please let me know if anyone is interested!

Think I need to get my mines raised! Im on B16 damptronics. Wife was complaining as the ride became bouncing at high speed. I think they look like standard ones.

Sorry for the delay in responding! So I have about 20mm or slightly less in the front arch Maximum about 5mm in the rear, the top of the tyre is literally in the wheel arch!

272 Superb OPF stageIII
So I've been speaking to a custom exhaust builder and he said he could make anything of silencer/muffler. So I've told him my spec that I want: Free flowing/ unrestrictive for stage 3 Not loud No droning So against your original solution ( stock backboxes and the VP muffler/silencer) he say that would be too quiet and recommended going for a 3" straight pipe from the decat if I want to use the stock backboxes. I sent him the JS Fabrications exhaust made for Darth - 2 silencers and no valve function retained - he said he could use chambered backboxes and a similar box/muffler as the VP one.

I honestly don't know how much the drop is however i would its more than the Eibach pro springs (20mm) so if I had to guess it would c25mm to 35mm. If I hold my index and middle finger vertically, I can just get them in the front arch, I have to slant them up slightly to get them in the rear. to be more precise what i can do is measure the top of the tyre to the wheel arch to see what the gap is. Personally, to get most of those dampers I would say get the lowering springs

Skoda Superb III 4x4 280 - A sleeper’s journey – 280ps to 560ps
Of course, it would be my pleasure! My funds are dry at the moment as I wanted to finish it off by end of July/early August so I may need to push it back a few weeks to save for the exhaust and tuning.

Did hit the front bottom last night whilst going over some speed bumps! I may raise the front by 0.5 inch and 1 inch from the rear. Otherwise I really happy how the car feels. The only issue so far is that the front springs/mounts creak when driving or turning the slowly

Looking good! If I being honest I wasn't feeling the car when I bought it! Now that it's lowered it's starting to look sexy! 🤣 Definitely digging the lower aggressive stance.

Suspension Replacement Advice
There are 2 aftermarket replacements from Bilstein which are affordable than any dealer's prices. So the ones which are compatible with DCC are B4 DTC and B6 DTC. B4's are a direct replacement/similar spec to the standard whereas B6's will give a sportier and composed ride. You are looking c £270 - £300 per damper/strut. Given there is hardly any price difference, B6 would be the better choice and Awesome gti seem to have the best price. Only issue is you will have to wait as I think it may take 8 weeks + to arrive here Bilstein Germany.
