Oil black and 2-3 ltr per 1000miles
You can understand that because it is going to be them losing money as the Trader. They took in a bad trade in or bought it, they are the ones with a big problem. They sold a lemon to you. How long have you had it? You have consumer rights which beat a crappy warranty. Best get the car back to them then. They sold you the one with a gubbed engine.

Skoda Superb Estate 1.6 Dsl 2013 - 2015, Oil Query.
It is quite normal that the oil in a diesel engine can look black (be black) not long after an oil change even if the engine had a flush at the Oil & Filter change. ? How many miles has the engine done?

Warm idle judder.
If anyone finds that an engine runs better on different standard DERV then no harm in using that, it is only money after all. There is no difference really in Shell, Texaco, ESSO, BP, Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury, Morrisons or any other standard Diesel in the UK other than the price per litre. No higher cetane or special additives or detergents one over another maybe little differences in packages but they are not selling you anything special for a few pence or lots of pence extra a litre. Likely it is over half the diesel cars in the UK get their fuel from the cheaper filling stations, ie at Supermarkets. Premium Diesel (Shell V-Power) might well have that additional detergent package and no higher cetane rating.

Kamiq torque steer?
Good advice from them, that and accelerator control. The same technology & suspension, steering & drivetrain are used on other VW Group vehicles with the same engine and platform and do not have torque steer that cause drivers concern. There will always be some though. ?? Have you tried TC (Traction control) off and if there is a difference that suits you? Time will tell if the New Mk4 Fabia 1.5 TSI DSG's have torque steer. Mk2 Fabia vRS 1.4 TSI (180ps) with DQ200 DSG's can but more or less is tyre dependent.

Oil black and 2-3 ltr per 1000miles
The pinned thread is at the top of the page for 1.8 & 2.0 TSI engine failures. Was it at the full mark when at normal operating temp and the car on the flat and dipped a few minutes after being stopped? If using excessive oil as yours is the. Skoda / VW group have an official way of testing oil. Any mechanic or tech can measure oil use. The official way is new oil and filter and the oil drained and weighed. 856 grams a litre. Then the miles driven and oil dropped and weighed. Waste of time with yours. Obviously it has an issue. Talk today with the seller and get your concern in writing. Even reject the car. They have a right to try and fix things though. Remember and post here which engine you have. And the miles it has done. vRS come TSI and TDI and TDI oil can get dirty quick.

Stop start button
That used to be only a week with some stuff but now it can be make a guess and wait and see when it might arrive which is OK as long as you are not desperate for a part. Same as it can be now ordering from the EU for UK delivery though.

Damage to car filling up with fuel
There is nothing fancy about the locking device and the pumps will be used hundreds of times a day. If it is a a common thing the staff would know and it would not only be at the one pump unless it is faulty.

is the re an easy way to "syphon " petrol from the tank ?
Easy if there is no anti-syphon device, you can do the same to syphon from any container. 4-5 foot of a tube or longer. feed string through it and tie a bit of cloth at the end. Feed tube down the filler tube into the tank. Draw the string through which draws up the petrol and get the end of the tube into what ever you are filling the fuel into.

Damage to car filling up with fuel
Sorry to here about your accident. Accidents happen. Considering that Greenergy supplies Tesco Momentum all over the UK & also ESSO Super unleaded in most of the UK i would not be thinking about what happened over a decade ago.

Stop start button
A rip off if from the keys collected at the service desk and the job done and the keys back with the reception / service desk is 30 minutes. But then have other trades people that have a 1 hour minimum charge & £100 plus an hour is not unusual.

Autodimming rearview mirror?
Welcome to the forum. What country are you in? Nothing like the long wait that some have had with other models of a year and some that ordered end of last year and are now being told their new car will not arrive until 2023.

That would have been them quoting on 1 hours labour & 20% VAT. There would have been the 'free' health check and wash and vacuum...

the truth about electric cars
I really do not see TESLA owners that use Superchargers that keen to have other vehicles using them in the UK. Travel @ Easter and meet others that travel at Easter. It is hardly rocket science!

Welcome to the forum. I will flag your post for a mod and they can move it to the Mk3 Fabia section. Someone can maybe help.

83.6 MPG!
@mikewood01What is the average speed showing when it shows as getting 83.6 MPH and a range still of 645 miles? ? Have you been doing brim to brim checks to see what the average consumption is or actual miles per litre you get? PS. I could get 800 miles out of a tank with a 2.0 TSI / DSG SCR Alhambra when using coasting mode on suitable roads. It was a 63 litre tank. More common it was 630 miles and some on dual carriageways and motorways with people and stuff in the car.

Was a 3 free services offer available in Apr May 2018?
There were 3 Service Offers pre Kodiaq and i seem to remember more after this thread. But if you have no paperwork then you are stuffed. http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/405290-3rd=final-free-service

Skoda Superb automatically switched to S instead of D on the display
Best you say what engine you have which then gives an idea of which DSG. But you have posts about an L&K. ? Are you absolutely sure you never moved the shifter to S rather than it being in D? ? So how many km / miles has it done, and has the DSG been serviced if it has done 65,000 km?

Superb iV: opening car when engine battery flat & fob not working
Good. The price that the RAC charge for batteries from the van can be ridiculous. They might offer 3 or 5 year warranties but i have seen them still being 50% more than available from Motor Factors.

DSG service confusion
Certain Wet clutch DSG. So you need to know which you have. ........ Nothing to do with DQ200 DSG 7 speed twin dry clutch DSG,s. The OP does not have one. There is no change with them. There is no service schedule, guidelines or recommendations from VW Group for changing oil in them. Regardless of what someone at a dealership says. If they do say there is ask them to show the paperwork / TPI from Skoda. As to eventual replacement of clutches. Plenty 2009 / 2010 DQ200, have not yet required replacement clutches and Skoda were building more than 2,500 DQ200 a day for the VW Group. PS. Service campaign 34F7 called in 2014 in Europe on 2009-2012 DQ200,s was when VW group paid to replaced synthetic oil for mineral. There are 2 oils in a DQ200. In the box and in the MCU.
