OK so have you finally bought an F-type...??? That picture being a close up of the rear wing, edge of fuel filler door and the start of the wing crease that leads from the rear wing to the top of the door, with the chomey black bit top right being the rear side window bottom trim.

I think you'll find it was filmed on something like a Ring doorbell or similar given the wide angle lens and the home owner saying he was not at home... so no set up etc.

Can't see it being the heater matrix as I think there is generally only one of those so if you're getting hot on one side that shows that it's working. My guess would be an issue with a heater flap motor or one of the temperature probes in the dash vents has had it or become misplaced as I think there is one in each side.

True it doesn't seem fair but you will be a higher risk now because of where you drive and the fact that the accidents have proved your risk rating to be higher than others...

Form memory when we had the dpf sorted on our 2007 4x4 the guys said they managed to get the dpf off without taking the transfer box off. There was apparently just enough room to lever it to one side and get the dpf out.

Just check tread depth on the tyres and if they are getting close down to the wear indicators ask for replacements. Same for discs and pads on the brakes. Also check for any uneven wear on the tyres as that may indicate alignment issues. And finally does the condition of the interior and pedal rubbers seem to match the low mileage?

I think the minor interim will have included an oil change. Have you checked other things like tyres and brakes?

I actually quite like the new one - it's a bit sleeker than the old? However, I still don't like the sticky out angled grille that the current one or the new one has - I prefer the original from a looks perpective. Still undeceided on the inside though...

We had similar on our Mk2 and on our Fabia. I resealed between the glass and bodywork on a dry day after cleaning all the channel out etc, using polyurethane sealant and that sorted it without taking the screen out. You need to do the full width at the top and down the sides, otherwise the water continues to get in through capillary action.

Bosch and Varta are the same and made in the same factories but Varta are cheaper. Yuasa are also good. I've always used Varta but do have a Yuasa on my MX5.

Have a look at self adhesive trims on the car builder solutions website as they may have something suitable.

At a guess it could be the exciter wire at the alternator plug. I believe they have been known to fracture and break, or at least they did on some of the 1.9s

Pretty certain that a 2018 won't have a build sticker but it it does it'll be in the boot by the spare wheel. If it doesn't have one you can check the build options via the chat option on the skoda website if you have your vin number.
