but a lucky fool :D

Get IN!

How close was that

:eek:Now there's an exciting finish

Quick ring the FIA and rewind :D

I couldnt watch.

I bet that Nicole gave Lewis an incentive to win ;)

but why did Glock stop?? Conspiracy theorists for Ferrari please queue here

Wooohoo!!! A British champion again, and the chance of more in the future. Go Lewis!

Lol, I'd love to see Glock's telemetry for the last corners :D What goes around comes around.

What a finish. U got to feel for Massa.

Feel bad for DC. As usual, didnt make the first lap.

The bbc website suggests that glock had slowed because he was still on dry tyres and unable to go any faster due to lack of grip.

wow wot a finish, massa'a lot celebrating... pmsl

My heart is still racing - my goodness. No idea how Massa must feel - would have been a deserving winner.

The look on the Ferrari team's face when realisation dawned was priceless though ;) lol.

Wooo for Hamilton.

Aye that seems right enough, he stopped around 9 and 37 but not again.

Well done Lewis!!!!! :mw: :friday::hooray::cheers::cheering::woot::woohoo:

Had the roles been completely reversed and massa needed 5th to clinch it I would guess the BBC and everyone else would have a different suggestion ;)

Well done lewis.:orb_clap:

I feel for Massa.

But then again, Karma is a biatch.

Lewis didn't win that title! He had it 2 laps before the finish but he LOST it after he made a mistake and let Vettel go past. Thats it, he lost. He's just uberlucky he had Glock in front of him. And Glock's pace wasn't justified. It started raining heavily 5 laps before finish and he still kept up with others. Even worse, for a second Massa had the title. And then it was ripped away from him!!! What would YOU do if you won a million and then someone claims that you didn't scratch your ticket accordingly to the rules and you won't get the money. Now multiply the feeling 10 times.

Damn, poor Massa. Hope he nails it next time.

Personally, I'd have been happier with Massa as champion this year, but wow, what a climax to the race!

I was shouting at the telly and jumping up and down rather a lot, ahem :o

This isn't a dig at him, but I reckon Lewis could've done with another year of competing and learning, not neccessarily in technical skill and ability (nobody can really deny his talent! :)) but to gain experience and lose that (i don't like saying it like this) air of immaturity he occasionally gives.

On the other hand, nobody's perfect, and maybe it's just me who thinks this anyway.

No, not really - I just have found myself becoming anti Hamilton because of James Alan's sycophantic 'commentary' - roll on next year...

Agreed!

Overall a good race, it's just a shame Felipe didn't win the championship.

Awesome race.

Thrilling stuff indeed.

I think looking back over the season, the right man won the championship. If Hamilton didn't win we'd be reflection on some VERY poor stewards decisions over the course of the season :;)

I do feel for Massa, but like I say, I think the right man won. :)

Oh, and Ferrari celebrating victory waaaay too soon, priceless.
