Alistair my partner at U18 is also on here now (Allytech iirc) hes not much of a internet poster though but will keep and eye on things U18 related.

U18 currently is still an out of hours operation. Opening hours are weekends and evenings for inspections and simple jobs.

As for the future, who knows. I know we would both like to do it full time but we both have families and mortgages to pay so we aren't doing anything rash.

Out of hours and weekends is in itself a good market as well I guess
