If they didn't get back, try ringing again. Very easy in a busy workshop for a number to be misplaced or miscommunicated. Or just so busy it has slipped their mind!

No, don't do that. Patience little one. It's worth the effort, it's not because they don't care, it's because they are busy. I've been "ignored" too, but it all worked out brilliantly, and I'd go back and wait again without hesitation.

Just keep trying mate, took me a little while to get through and get all the answers but they do reply. And from what everyone says it will be worth it

I feel your frustration when they do not return your calls, but as others have said this is their only downfall, persevere ... it really is worth it.
