LOL:rofl:

I'm 39, I get my FL Rs next week.

Matjaz

I'm 21.

I get the whole "Why is someone your age driving this" - It was the best tool for the job I could afford. And i'm not really into little hot-hatch cars.

When I was 22 I had a pug 306 sedan.......how very boring looking but it did the job!

At the end of the day if it does what you need and you enjoy driving who cares what others say. Even at 31 I feel the Octi estate is too grow up for me lol

I used to get that with my vRS, now i've gone to my top spec passat, i just get PHWOAR thats a nice car for a lad your age aint it? :)

I was 24 when I bought my Octy Elegance in Stone Grey. That was a bit of an old man's car for my age I guess. Great car though.

I was 44 when I ordered the car. The 62 in my nickname says enough ;)

I'm 32 and got it 6mths ago

I'm 26 and bought my PD VRS Estate (07 reg) when I was 25 - I thought I was young but apparently not from the posts above! However, I'd be interested to see how many of the 'young' owners drive the estate model?!

I know some people have plenty of money to spend on cars, or place a high value on the car they drive, but I'm amazed that many people under 25 would be able to afford the insurance on a VRS (although maybe thats a thread for another day)!

im 23 with a mk2 pd vrs but got a mk1 vrs @ 19

SWMBO was 23 when her vRS TDI arrived.

As I said before, 21 when i got my vRS TFSi and that was an estate :)

I was 28 when I got my VRS PD estate and 30 having just taken delivery of a FL VRS petrol, also an estate. Got two kids so perfect family car. Also prefer the looks of the estate!

lol.. no I'm not of 1893, but was going for 40 when got "her", 68er now... great fast (enough) family car!

I'm 42. Always had family cars. ie first car was a 7 seater Montego estate. Kids are driving themselves now so got rid of the Picasso and got my self Skoda'd. Now got a big grin:D

I'm 33 :D Got my first Skoda in April 07 (Fabia vRS SE) from new, then in September 07 got my Octy vRS TFSI (18m old) and now am getting the FL Octy vRS TFSI this month to replace the old Octy as it was nicked in January :(

I had 5 VWs from new before before I discovered Skodas (and a whole load of new change in my pocket!!!)

I'm also in denial about having 2 kids and another on the way as I will NOT buy an MPV-bus-taxi-mobile :rotz:

43 but behave like a 16yr old.

Had all kinds of stuff over the years - Jag XJ12, XJ6, XJS, Golf Mk1 GTI, Fiesta XR2, Skyline, 205 GTI, 206 GTI, Fiat Cinquecento Sporting, Punto HGT, Clio Williams, Punto HGT Multijet, Astra Van etc etc.

Bought the Skud in preperation for a family and because I fancied a change. Always quite like the Skodas - came >very< close to buying a Furby VRS five years ago but much as I loved the one I drove, it was overpriced and baby crap yellow. The Punto Multiject came up at the right price and I was hooked.......for the past four years!

Only done 1200 miles in the Octy but so far love it to bits. Its a great sleeper car - allows you to cover ground very fast without attracting attention.

Currently trying to persuade everybody I know that Skoda is the way to go........and suceeding to an extent - so many friends have been suprised at the quality and refinement not to mention the speed.

Think yourself lucky - I'm almost the square root of 2209 !

26 when mine arrives and will be the first i'll have owned.

Haven't had any comments about the car i've gone for, doesn't phase me about comments because it's an awesome motor

I'm 41. At 19 I had a Triumph Dolomite Sprint (which is currently gathering dust in my garage), in my 20's had company car's, mainly vauxhaul's, the Cavalier SRI & 16v Astra GTE's both were fun at the time especially as laser or average speed camera's were not around!

I was at a loose end one Saturday in August and found myself in a Skoda dealership looking at a VRS hatch, just because I could! Next thing I know I am looking at the brochure thinking the LE looked ok, and perhaps I should consider replacing my 16 year old shed that I have been running around in for the past 6 years and take advantage of the scrappage scheme .I came to the conclusion a VRS estate has a certain amount of stealth about it, which appealed. Then went through the process of shall I buy it or not, along with all the Skoda jokes that we used to have back in the late 80's / early 90's,

I'm 30 and bought my TFSI vrs as a birthday present to myself.

I'll have my 911 turbo before I'm 40 with possibly an S5 somewhere in between the 2.......Dream Big lads!!!
