From 39mm to 42mm you will be fine as the contacts are easy to bend. BUT I would like to caution you that they should be canbus error free because on the newer Fabias they cheaper kind of leds give an error on the dash.

Does anyone know if there is OBC error on the dash if the fog light goes of? The car is Fabia Mk.2 Facelift, 11/2010. I know that there is no error if the DRL bulb goes of, and now I want to put LEDs in foglights, so why to pay more for error free if I do not need error free. Now it is -12 degrees in my country so I cannot go to the car and remove the bulb to see :D

Well yours is vRS. It should be different. Mine definitely does not put on OBC error when DRL bulb is detached and also yesterday I checked for the fog lights. All the same, H8 bulb removed, foglights on, no error. So you do not need CANBUS LED bulbs for fog lights in Fabia 2010-.

I'm gonna stick some of the 50w Cree's (£34/pair) in my DRLs soon, and I've already popped some cheapo 5xSMD LED's in place of my Sides (not sure if I'm happy with them just yet as the car came with Osram Blue w5w bulbs!) but I'm looking at a set of H7 replacement's for my Headlights (2 sets as I have 4 of the blighters!!)

My choices at the moment are:

Osram Nightbreraker Unlimited @£18/pair

or

Osram Cool Blue Intense @£12/pair

Then it's just the Fogs and Indicators, I dunno weather to go Cree/LED (£28/pair) for the Fogs or Osram Cool Blue H11's (£22/pair)!?!?... and then I dunno weather to go Osram Diadem Silvers or Diadem Blue for the Indicators both £10/pair...

This lighting milarky is such a confusing minefield!!!  :@

Nope! Took the w5w SMD LED's out... They looked Crap! Far too Purple! put the Osram Blue bulbs back, now they are White (not Yellow like normal w5w's) again!

Now just have to save some pennies for this Shopping List:

Osram Nightbreraker Unlimited @£16.50/pair = £33

50w Cree DRL's = £34

H8/11 Cree Fogs = £28

Osram Diadem Indicators = £10

So £105    :S  :wait:

I have 80w CREE in my DRL and 30w CREE in the fogs. Not happy with the light output of fogs.

I've got h7 6000k HID and 5w CREE side lights.

Led in rear numberplate and 10w DRL in reverse light plus silvertech indicators
