I think this is my favourite recent pic I've taken.

Can you work out the car it's taken in?

Gallardo Spyder?

Here are a few I have taken whilst out and about in the Lake District. All taken with an iPhone 5.

The weather was certainly changeable on that day Dan314. ;-)

One I quite like with Meg, my 8 month Cavalier King Charles.

Some animal orientated subjects; cousin's dog, my cat in the undergrowth, and discussions on the best sheep. All taken last summer.

A Council Job - Lots of people but very little action!

Hi guys and gals :)

I'm new to the world of the DSLR and had my 550D for just a couple of months but starting to get to grips :D

Here's a couple from my trip to the local zoo this weekend....

I know there's still work to do, but happy given it was my first proper attempt :p

I love that butterfly. Any idea which type it is. Will the image crop tighter?

Not sure on the butterfly, but it was tiny!

Yeah the picture's not been cropped at all so will?

EDIT;

I came home and cropped my picture but the focus is lost on the butterfly when you do. I guess that would be down to me using the wrong lens. (Didn't have a  macro lens with me. Lesson learnt)

I'll try not to swamp the thread with a mass of images - here are a few from recent months.

Hmm, still probably too many pics. Clicking on the images should take you to my Flickr pages, where there are literally 100s more of the same. Been a disappointing winter for wildlife though. No short-eared owls locally, no waxwings and very few siskins / redpolls in my garden. Had to go to Scotland to break the boredom and see some proper winter weather!

A white thing on a white background moving quickly. Bet that was an easy photo :D

Was easier than it was to walk about in the deep snow carrying the tripod over a shoulder! I can't believe how fast they can go over the snow. They're just like the road-runner cartoon. Off like a shot. Felt sorry for the white hares later in the week when the snow had gone. They really stood out against the heather.

I know a woman called Heather who has white hairs. They are easier to photo I think D

Taken last evening from Weston Super Mare pier... after an ice-cream of course :)

From this weekend - friend of a work colleague wanted a photo-shoot for work and then some teaser pics as she's now single again. It was sometimes rather distracting trying to focus on the shots and not just be mesmerised by a nice girl "provocatrice"!

A few from the lady's bitch (the dog!)

Believe me, with the quality of your photos that will never happen!

P.S. I enjoy following your blog too.

Thanks :) I need to get the last Scottish blog post up actually, before I forget what I did up there!

The original post I put here is being revised.
