Love the shot of the McLaren. What setup for that one?

Using a Sigma 12-24mm lens.

Just a couple of shots....

We were playing with light painting and I threw the images into an HDR program to see what came out.

Not the effect I was looking for but it's kinda cool

Have you tweaked this again from your original posting?

At 1130 yesterday morning, this was a plain white(ish) brick wall on the back of my daughter's new music and arts venue in Worcester. (Rm13 on FB)

This was completed by no more than 5 artists by 1830!!

(and yes they did have permission and the support of the local businesses, Police, Council etc!)

That's a lot of work there.

Nice job graham.

None of my work, just some very talented "street" artists my daughter is friendly with, and who are supporting her and her partner in their new venture. They have also done the side of the building as well.

I thought they might have some problems with the "establishment" but everyone seems behind them, from the British Transport Police to the local Council in Worcester.

If you are on Facebook, they are "Room13" and there are loads more pictures there.

nice dynamic angle, and great contrast between the red and the coliurs on the wall. This is in the calendar vote too isn't it?

Yes it was... looking at the picture makes me want the sigma 10-20

get it, stunning lens on a DX (aps c) sized body.

I think I posted these in the yeti section when I first got the car a few weeks ago thinking this thread was for non car photos, but now I know better here they are again for a wider audience

I have the Sigma 8-16mm. proper wide angle on a C sensor. It works well with the Canon 7D :)Here's a couple of shots with it

Sorry about the framing and the pole wtill in the shot. But in any event, this is at 8mm

Some great pictues there Fluff. Is that you on the bike?

No Amanda, that's one of the lads that comes over to the Harz with us every year. He is very good at saving on front tyre wear :)

Some really lovely shots there Fluffmeister, especially the one of (I presume) your son with the cemetery and the comment, very apt

Thanks mate, yes it's my son. He is WW2 mad and they where covering World War 2 for a school project, so in May this year I took him in the MX-5 for a tour of the D-Day beaches (as well as nipping him to the Nurburgring), and wandering around the American cemetery he had that penny dropping moment that every one of those thousands of headstones had someone underneath them.

yeah, did a battlefield tour there a few years ago with the TA and saw the same thing with some of the young soldiers especially when they realised they were often older than some of the people in the cemetry.
