I tried a Rover once, in the course of the "test drive" I blew 2 drive shafts, the power steering pump and shredded 2 front tyres

Just Geting All The Paper Work Sorted Out At The Minute Should Be March Some Time, I Don't Know Wether It Will Help Or Hinder Us Testers Though.

As of April 18, if all goes well VOSA will be installing MOT computers into all test stations. These computers will be activated with user smart cards to enable the issue of certificates, Pass,Fail and advisory.... Once the car reg; is entered it will print out a full check sheet for that car including vin number, colour, previous mileage and advisories, items to look out for etc;

Soon all you will have is a receipt for your MOT pass and all advisories will be open to any one calling the VOSA helpline for info; on the car...
