Me wants... NOW!!!

So it went ok then? :D

Q.

I lied - I could post more now but I'm drunk on euphoria and Smirnoff Ice :)

In summary:

It went bloody marvellous. Mike was pleased as punch to get 231BHP as a first effort and went on to get it up to 232.8 after several dozen minutes of fiddling.

I couldn't believe the attention to detail with a cheery grin that went on - smashing :)

Finally got my hands back on Nutty after three and a half hours and was "pleasently surprised" at the change in his temprement ;)

The car was always willing and able, but is now a total kick your door in hooligan :D

Can't type more now, starting to fall over. I just want to go to bed so I can get up earlier and go out again - but that's not to say I won't respond to further queries until I fall asleep at the keyboard lol

Cheers all

Mark if your not sleeping yet

What fuel were you using. 95 , SUL or Optimax?. 232 is good, whats the torque (couple) figure come out at?

Did Mick say what bar he managed to get.

Sounds great Mark,

what did Jabba change on your car? Just a remap or was it more involved?

Now you must be more sensible with the driving, with all those 232,8bhp you've got :D !!

Enjoy your 'new' car.

Cheers,

FD

Glad you got back safe and sound, Mark!

Have to say the "test drive" was very impressive. Now I want vRS suspension!!!!!

Cheers,

Howard

Hehe. :D

Mark , 232.8 , amazing ,you must be well pleased...............stupid thing to say , of course you are , mine has something to live up to on Tuesday now ! - somewhere approaching yours , I will be well happy with .

All this excitement in one day ...........Huck has a baby and you have 232.8BHP ......................I really don't know who is the happiest !

Mark , is that with standard exhaust and standard everything else ?

I didn't think of it before but your performance must be in the region of a 330 Beemer (and hopefully better).

Tell us more when You've done some 'roadtesting'.

btw - standard, standard, standard :)

Congrats Panrix! I bet she fair flies now! Hopefully many posts of baiting and humiliating BMW drivers to follow!

Hi Mark,

a little bit pleased then?;):D

Glad it all went well............got another couple of weeks to go for mine.:(

Did you use Optimax; I assuming yes.

Wonder what mine will give seeing as I'm having the Jetex exhasut fitted as well?

Hmmm....230bhp......time to go play with some Beemers!:D

Accordingly to my list the remaps are in the following order:

Pete (MellowYellow) - 8/7

Graham (Bandit) - 10/7

Steve (steveredvrs) - 11/7

Martin (gunnie) - 14/7

Dave (daveu) - 16/7 am

Adrian(SkodiRS) - 16/7 PM

Well so far the group remap is a roaring success.

Hmmm....wonder how many people will be interested in me organising another one?;)

Cheers.

Adrian.
