Yup, sometimes dealers can be a pain re warranty issues.

I've been shown by the Fiesta ST that throwing money at it is just a waste.  There are far better cars out there.

 

I'm pulling the plug on any future Skoda projects at this stage.

Yeti VRS and Citigo-go will be the only two decently modded Skoda projects for now.

I see where you're going on that - before getting rid of my old petrol Fabia I was tempted to do a 1.8t conversion and have it as a project car but I sat down worked the money out logically and thought I might as well either get something already with that performance for cheaper or get a classic that I will enjoy more.

Picked the Yeti (VRS) up.

 

It's a bit quick.

 

 

Stops well too.

 

 

For my personal taste I need to raise it a little, 10mm front and 20mm back maybe...

But the rear KW adjusters are not able to accomodate that so I'm getting custom ones made to give me an exta 25mm of adjustment.

Looks great! As I expected....

 

Good wheel choice too 

 

Know what you mean about the ride height - a little higher, but not much.

A proper "Q car" from the old school!

That looks about the right hight for a vRS Yeti, not as high as an ordinary one, but just low enough, to make it different.
