You've got a bit cheap on the latest build work, but it's not about the money it's about the fun.

That's why I try not to discuss the fairly boring finances.

I'd much rather wizz past high end sports cars in a Yeti than a GT-R, because it really cheeses them off.

Spends £30K still has a £15K Yeti at the end of it you've done the more sensible option though, modding a Porsche is going to cost a serious amount more than a Yeti

Who cars, it is only money and we all know money s made round, to go round,  Spend on and when the time comes I am sure you will sell a load of bits for a fair bit of cash.

Turbo seems like a no brainer to me at this stage mate.

Probably... but even more probable is that Richard's gone for the next most bonkers one after that one!

I have decided that around 380bhp/tonne is probably enough... in a Yeti.

The car should be back in the next two days from having it's roll cage installed.

I'm sure I'll have a picture or two then.

 

In the meantime, the whole loom from the TT-RS has been removed to be put in the Yeti and we've also ordered a nice radiator from Pro Alloy (who supplied the Intercooler) that should be here in a couple of weeks, along with their own cowling/fan set up.

Skoda not only don't care, but they don't have a clue.

The focus of the company is on mass sales and making cars looking sporty rather than having any form of high performance halo vehicles.

How much of this is their decision or the controllers at VAG we'll never know though.
