YET1 can tow 2,000kg and the trailer is a perfect match at 500kg with a 1,500kg load capacity.

Yeti RS will be down to under 1,300kg (same or less than mk1 Fabia VRS) which is good.

But... The trailer was bought for the Citigo.

Today it was time to do this...

 

Not long now!!!

As usual the guys were really good today.

I expressed an interest in seeing the engine going in on Monday.

 

They told me it'd be fitted Thursday afternoon, then waited for me a bit to arrive today before trying to get it in.

With a little wiggling it went in and the TT-RS mounts lined up perfectly with the holes in the Yeti chassis.

 

Feels so good to have it in there!     :yes:

 

 

 

They plan to get it all connected up and see if all the wiring works as it should by Monday/Tuesday.

Well it'll need mapping but I am optimistic it'll be all done for the end of March.
