Flybikeslee left his plate in situ but drilled 4 or 5 holes behind it. Looked standard but on track etc still got the flow to the cooler with the plate removed

Extra pipes needed ordered got them from autosiliconehoses with 15% off use promo code ASHHOSE

did that at first then cut the whole recess for more flow. left bits either end for the plate still to mount to. painted black so it's hard to see.

Lee every time I see pics of your car I cry a bit !

So here's the pics of carpet change + seats + arm rest

Some may say the seats are a downgrade but I prefer them and they are actually comfier and lighter despite having air bags in them

Carpet was pretty clean anyway but I gave it a clean any way before I put it in as it's the only real chance to get to the bits that normally are hard to get too.

One thing I did do which makes it a lot easier to get in and less hassle is cut a line in the middle from were the convenience module is as there's a dash support bracket in the way and it doesn't adversely affect it as you can't see it and the carpet still sits fine... Also makes taking the white one out easier

Sunlight makes them look grey but they are black

Armrest in place

20140416_150806.jpg

Is there much more lateral support? I *HATE* the vRS seats, me arse cains after a drive and when I throw it about, it's like I'm driving a park bench. Doesn't help I have a fat arse so am desperate for something better.

Also looking good :)

Finally finished the FMIC and it actually works after a bit of testing and chopping and changing... so here's the pictures. Changes a bit throughout to the final set up.

Garage full of bits and tools although I ended up ordering more

20140429_110804.jpg

already had fitted the fmic in terms of placement not plumbing in

20140429_113543.jpg

got an ouchy

20140429_124745.jpg

Bits off

20140429_135354.jpg

BAM inlet

20140429_144118.jpg

To fit charge pipe you have to use BAM fuel rail as you can see the old AUQ placed ontop goes directly out but BAM is shorter and goes down

20140506_102814.jpg

In place but had to be rearranged

20140506_102829.jpg

Charge pipe in place with my modified OEM bracket to support it and stop it rubbing fuel lines

20140506_134608.jpg

Driver's side pipe work which ended up not clearing the bumper

20140506_134603.jpg

20140506_134613.jpg

Modified to clear

20140506_175500.jpg

Another shot of the pipe, as you can see brake servo pipe isn't ideal but still waiting on pipe work to route it properly so just had to make it work

20140506_175507.jpg

Modified throttle body pipe, problem is getting something wide enough, short enough with a dv outlet so this is what I came up with

20140506_175514.jpg

Had to chop a bit off the corner of the battery tray to clear it but the battery still fits fine and the tray is in place properly

didn't take pictures of it all but it goes 90 degree from the throttle body then couples onto a map pipe adaptor then couples onto a long 2" 90 degree then onto the next picture

20140506_175522.jpg

Final finished product

Went for a drive and at 6500 in 2nd it blew a pipe off... was the driver side small red coupler you can see in the picture above so replaced that with a longer one and tightened everything back up... took it for another drive got to the same rpm and none stop boost :) so I'm happy with that and finally got it done... Took me a while and the result was a very ****ed off GF.... least it's done now :)
