Stripped the wheel down into bits! The gloss black bezel will be sprayed in silver, the parts where you can have multifunction
are being trimmed in perforated leather the same as the dash, if it turns out anything like i can imagine it i will every happy   :D

The 2015 one is, correct.

 

This is the 2014 version, don't like flat bottom wheels.

No worries man, Its been sprayed now, just needs lacquer, But I have rested it back together so you can get an idea of what it looks like.

cheers lads, got some lacquer on it now aswell, looks better, News from the trimmers, they have also started work on some bits.

The bezel now has a few coats of lacquer, Going to collect the trimmed parts tonight, so i will be able to finish the wheel off tonight! Should have a picture up later!

 

The engine cover has also been trimmed, aswell as my new octavia mk3 gear knob that is now attach to the gator I had trimmed last year!

Thanks man! Been up today and tried it on  :D Look so much better than my old one! Also started to paint the block and head now, trying to get the engine bay tidier.

Should have quite a few parcels arriving this week, I have ordered new top and bottom bonnet latches, new ariel base and my tyres, I already have a new expansion tank and he bottom lock arrived today!

They really did need prelacing haha Also the little spring on the from thad been sent off for chroming! Cheers ant, hopefully it will be here tomorow, and the tyres have just arrived, Nankangs (Because they do the best sizes haha) 205/35/18
