Ordering them on the new Biturbo A6 will cost you 8500€ extra.

But you can always find some at ebay

Wow, very nice.... But they'd never fit under my 17's! ;)

Nice work Lee, impressive figures after the initial conversion but now, be jesus, that thing must seriously fly!!!

A proper wolf in sheeps clothing.

Just need to get it round the track now

After having to ditch the 16" winter steelies when the Porsche brake setup went on I needed to look at options for the summer tyres as currently, the standard alloys are wearing the winter rubber.

So last week, I had a spending accident!

Just arrived today and now wearing two coats of Poorboys wheel sealant...

ET45, 17", made by Ronal, really impressed by the quality and weight.

I'll grab some new style black and silver badges for them as the finishing touch. :)

New L&K rims, nice.

I've put the new badges on my Matterhorn rims and they do suit a polished/black rim very well.

They look rather like Annapurnas to me.

Sounds good. This is one Yeti that's going to surprise people.

Now you just need to book in to the How Fast Session and show us how well it goes.

Only one Yeti has taken part so far...

Yeah. C'Mon Lee.

I put my name down earlier today.

1st June, Bedford Autodrome; just up the road for you.

They should look spot on. Nice work.

They are but I presume most on here will know that, they are the black and silver version. :) What I was amazed at was the fact they were made by Ronal (didnt think they manufactured Skoda alloys but seen some Audi and VW ones with the stamps on?) and the quality of the paint and cast was really very good - wasnt expecting that tbh so Im a happy bunny. :)

Id love to but Im supposed to be away that weekend unfortunately. If anything changes on that front (travel arrangements have been discussed but no actual tickets have been bought yet) I'll get my name down asap. :)

Some pics when those wheels are on Lee, the contrast between the wheels and the Steel Grey should work very well

Not going for 20s then, Lee?

Actually, I really like those wheels! They'd look great on a Grey Yeti! Nice find. :) Sadly, for the off road stuff, bigger alloys are just asking for trouble. Plus, this is a Q car! ;)

Agreed, so much better now imo :)

What would be the maximum tyre size you could use with the 17's for the off road business?

BossFox is using 225/60 R17 as his winter tyres I believe. He said there is very little clearance on full lock.

3% greater rolling radius.

There is about 2mm betwen the wheel and arch liner on full lock.

The Yeti looks like it has huge arches, but that's the height of them, they are a bit limited in width.

hmm 60 profiles are ok. can you get raised white walled letter tyres on there? bfg's?

Having the white letters showing is seriously UN-cool!!!!!

That's a very personal topic. :D

I think they look great with the white letters showing.

Don't think there is a BFG in a suitable size though.

Not even when my Goodyear Grand Prix S were endorsed by Sir Robert Mark?

Ahh! "A major contribution to road safety" I remember it well. (He said he made the advert to support his divorced daughter who had moved back home)

I know this will mean nothing to most here...

Raised white's the way to go!
