Fabia II Starting Problem

Hi.

I have had a problem almost two years. My car is slogging to first start. However this is no problem in cold weather. this problem is usually in hot weather.

engine: 1.2 12v htp

model: fabia II (2010-not facelift)

If I can explain this; when I pressing to start I heard sound of the starter, but fabia cannot starting. second or third trying was successfully for starting.

there is no problem petrol tank is full. there is a problem at half tank or half-less tank. what could be problem? is fuel filter may be?
