I admit to not doing it myself lol. Taylor93 did it for me but yes its hardwired into the fuse box to start/stop with the ignition.

It looks really good, too bad the camera itself is in silver. Too easy to spot from the outside. It's rather obvious they should come in matte black with no visible markings on them, doh...
