Tuning Box just fitted

Featured Replies

Ok, so I read with interest the recent Tuning Box / Remap etc debate, but had already decided to go with one of DTUKs Boxes. I am not interested in figures, how much extra Hp etc , all I wanted was an easy way to improve my experience with my Vrs Cr, which I have always felt to be a little underwhelming. Having a 2010 'locked ECU' version VRS, Plug and Play' seemed the easiest option.

After much investigation on various forums, I decided to contact Andrew at DTUK. All my questions were answered very promptly, giving me confidence in not only the Tuning Box product, but also the Company I was about to spend my hard earned cash with.

The box was ordered yesterday afternoon, and arrived this morning. This evening, after installation that took me approximately 10 minutes I went for a test drive, leaving the adjustments at the delivered standard, moderate setting (2T).

All I can say is that I wish I had done this miles ago. No flat spots, just smooth, useable power, right up to the redline - the car feels totally different, bags of power, feeling more like the petrol version in my opinion.

If you are thinking about a box, go for it.

Just thought I would share this with you - I am in no way connected with DTUK, but feel that after the recent bashing they had on this forum I had to say how impressed I am with the service I received, and their product.

How much do these boxes cost? And how much gain roughly? (I know each car is different)
