Ipod nano connection to columbus

Featured Replies

Hello

I have a Skoda Superb 2010 Elegance and in the glove box (between the seats, next to hand brake) it has the Aux input and another connector (see photos) the cable has the following info on it:

AZO 800 001

08.04.10

IC40217 / RO-28114

I am wondering if this is an MDI interface with a 30 pin plug?

If so can I use the Apple Lightning to 30 pin adapter to connect a Ipod Nano 7th generation?

Any advice appreciated

Byrom

Mine is a 2012 model and the MDI is in the centre armrest box but I think the same applies to your model. The answer should be yes. I am also using a 7th series nano with the lightning converter and it works just the same as an earlier iPod with the original 30 pin connection.
