Actually not too shabby really - good to see.

What are your plans for the new car - detailing wise?

Not sure on product they used.

When weather is better and time permits I'll do following.

Plenty of iron out over it

Rinse

Snow foam

Rinse

Wash

A coat of Auto glym polish

A coat of Collinite (to see us out the winter months)

Come summer time, I have some dodo was for light coloured cars, brings out a great shine but the beading longevity is not as good.

Cant keep up with your avatar changes NM. lol

Ah FFS .....STTTOOOPPP IT.lol

None of this car, but just came across some old photos of my VXR.  From memory, this was either Dodo Juice Blue Velvet, or JS109.  99% sure it was Blue Velvet...

Gyeon WetCoat brilliant product when time or the weather is against you.

Thankyou for posting the name of the product

Personally, I cant get on with it

Only other one I have of Gyeon WetCoat, which is a simple spray on a wet car & pressure wash off. It's a car I look after & protection is around 8-10 weeks. Such a simple product to use, I don't think it's possible you could go wrong with it. In fact I reckon Stevie Wonder used to use it :giggle:

As said

Not for me

Good luck with it

Yes, you keep saying

I like the idea of wetcoat for my dad. Have you tried any similar ones NM, purity x or carpro hydro2? They sound so easy to use.

I've used Gyeon & Nanolex WashCoat. The Nanolex you spray through your foam lance. Quite quirky as just after applying you can hear it popping, bit like the sound of Kellogg's rice crispies. Again very simple to use, you can't go wrong.

I found the Gyeon left a glossier look & also was slightly more durable.

Both good, but I'd recommend Gyeon, also it's free p&p via Polishedbliss

Thanks for the comparison and info NM. I think that's fathers day sorted this year. Will give him enough time to use up his bsd.

NM - I line in quite a hard water area which, if I don't dry the car leave quite a horrible looking car with loads of water marks. After you have PW Gyeon wet coat off do you dry the car ?
