Get your beads out

Featured Replies

Looking good Mark

I did a little experiment last week

Applied half the bonnet of the DS4 with a high grade Carnauba Wax (CSP)

....and the other half with Power Maxed Winter Coat Sealant

After a few days, the beading is absolutely identical...Picture to follow when its been on 2 weeks

What's winter coat like to use Chris? I was thinking about getting some along with the tfr as I'm thinking of using that through my foam lance over the winter months.

I really like it Mark

Its dead easy to apply...Spray and wipe...buff immediately and gives excellent protection

When you've done the whole car

Go over it again with a dry clean buffing cloth or it can streak

Every couple of washes...I dilute some (40% water) as a drying aid..Keeps it topped up and it beads like crazy!!

My clients are amazed by it!!....so that's a win win for me!!

You can easily do a standard sized car in 10 minutes using the undiluted method.

I tend to spray onto a microfibre, wipe on, allow to cure for roughly a few minutes then use a new clean microfibre to buff off to a high shine.

Such a versatile product, you can even use "water" to dry your car after the initial application

Didnt manage any beads this morning - following yesterday detail.... just crazy frost patterns!

Obviously new paint, detailed properly and a quality LSP to finish..... it's looking really good.

If only you could see the state of the wheel arches though..... :peek:  :x

Yeah I bet they are a mess at the moment. Mines a mess again. Was supposed to wash it yesterday but the cold wind was against me! Need summer back, and fast!

Nice beading Jack!

Were you using 'Frost' products?

Just kidding...Nice pictures..What did you use?

Nust noticed this... Sorry..

It was just Mer shampoo and some muc-off wax. Not expensive but worked fairly well..

Cheers.

Power Maxed Winter Coat applied diluted 20:1...ish via a Nilfisk Detergent applicator bottle

Dried off and then it rained...again
