No fog lights though...

Must be a different EU spec.

Looks half way between a Classic and a Comfort to me.

Not that I've thought about it. :D

Different front bumper to UK as well from what I can see

I need a Fabia WRC in my life.

But with more power.

Have you been watching videos of white Czech 2 door one on FB too?

No.

I fancy one more crazy project to keep me going for a year or so.

And I've always had a soft spot for a WRC.

Link?

Just tagged you in it :)

Got the link.

Yes I've been watching that 1.8t 4x4 Fabia with the cup bodywork on FB, but not seen that yet.

I was thinking of just going a bit silly.

Like a WRC with as close to 1,000bhp as you can get.

Non-VAG drivetrain if required.

More research required. :D

Still got L** GTR? :D

Expensive donor and only 600bhp. :)

Two contradictory words there :P only and 600bhp

And I would have been happy with a 260 bhp wrc Fabia :D

Sounds brilliant, mitsubishi evo running gear?

Still a thought.

Maybe rotary.

W*nkel Fabia. :D

Some RX-7's running over 1,000bhp on three rotor engine.

Summer research project I think.

Did you see the 11 litre rotary image on Facebook as well then?

No, I think I miss most of what's going on... :D

(On FB)

I can't remember what car page it was on now, it just appeared on my news feed.

I guess the rx7 engine has some tuning potential :)

Crashed R35 running gear tuned a bit? Actually bloody tight and very very expensive

And heavy.

There are options clearly.

But it's going to need to be a longitudinal set up.

And a v configuration? Or could you stick with a highly tuned 4 cylinder?

Aren't there a few american v8's tuned to app. 1000 bhp?

If you wanted to stay with VAG, & could find a used Veyron......?

What's the limit, so far, on the RS engines from Audi.... 350bhp from an old 2.7 on chip so newer and more power engines should be about.. (to try and keep it VAG)

Plenty, but I just like the idea of saying I've got a w*nkel Fabia. :D

I like the idea of a full on hot rodded V8 Fabia, with a supercharger sticking out of the bonnet...

supra running gear is capable of those figures, tried and tested

Just don't let autocorrect deal with that one.
