Could you shoehorn this diesel engine into one of your FGFs? At least it's colour matched :)

    The current issue of Truck and Driver magazine (I think; there may be a correction tomorrow) has a feature on a restored truck run by a firm that painted its fleet fantasy green, or something close to...

    I wonder if Richard want's another "FOX" numberplate, 'cos "P70FOX" is for sale in Creekview Road in SWF, on an estate car , pssibly a Jag Xtype.

     

    No other details to hand but it was still there earlier this afternoon.

    Not rally as such. Just an outer skin of glass fibre. That's if it even need them. Still got to weigh the car and see who owes who £5!

    Exactly.

    I have some fibreglass rear skins but they flare out at the bottom to meet a wider wheel arch, because they are for an AutoCross car.

    If we need them I'll have to cut the flared bit off and make something up to follow the normal shape.

    So I went to Lanzarote for a rare holiday outside the UK.

    On the way back to the airport I went past this beauty.

     

    Had to dive into a parking space and go back for a picture.

     

    Considering it's on an island getting blasted by salt and sand and getting on a bit it's clearly been looked after very well!
