Unless it breaths nitro and pushes circa 10,000bhp I am not interested really in the strip :D. I was more thinking track running, like Castle Coomb, Bedford, Brands Hatch etc.

the strip looks good fun but I've never done both. Also just depends on the funds for the track days and dates with work.

This turned up yesterday hopefully be fitted today when there is some daylight

Can you confirm this did fit.  I didn't think it would after taking apart a 2013 one vs. my 2011 one as the white plastic bit inside the selector shaft was 90 degrees off.

If it did fit, what's the part number?

no sorry it didn't fit in the end so I sent it back. But I believe if your brave enough to heat up the plastic bit and turn it 90o

Cheers. I'm definitely not brave enough, a replacement selector mechanism is about £500.

Didn't go with the black pipes then?

no Bryan I was going to but they was only mild steel then powered coated black. So these are slash cut twin with cobra on the top. The said if I get board of them I could have a different style on the back as the tips clap on and off.

Glad you went with Cobra. Looks and sounds great!

I thought that when I picked it up and it was still on the ramp so I could have a look. The quality looks loads better than the milltek monkey work they ship out.

Just a quick update on the car.

Been in talks and this year I'm now sponsored by www.limitless-uk.com for all your car detailing products.

I'm over the moon about it.
